Smooth process and great support
I had my impressions video appointment today and honestly, the whole experience was so easy and stress free. The SmilePath staff guided me through each step really clearly, making the process simple to follow and reassuring the whole way through. Being able to do this from the comfort of my own home was such a big plus.
So far I’m really impressed with how smooth the process has been and the level of support provided.

Best Experience Ever
My experience with Smilepath was absolutely amazing. The service that you get for a premium cost, the same service you get here for considerably less cost. Their customer service is good, they have been supportive throughout my journey with the aligner, and the aligners have been extremely effective. They literally gave a new way to my personality. Highly Recommended.

Annie was great today. She was patient and helpful even though I have a hearing impairment.
Her instructions were clear and I could confirm I had understood her clearly at any time during the session.

This company is definitely not a scam. I am on my second week of aligners fixing Some overcrowding with my teeth the impression kit was easy and simple to understand is a little bit of a long process but was kept in contact. The whole time received my first aligners and they fit perfect like a glove. The app is amazing to see the outcome, what I’m working towards. It does take a little bit longer than I imagine it would be in person but of course it will because it is online but they always keep you up-to-date and The communication is amazing.

I honestly had such a good experience…
I honestly had such a good experience with SmilePath. My teeth are super straight now and I’m genuinely so happy with how everything turned out. The whole process was way easier than I expected, and every step felt really clear.
Something I loved was how responsive the team was — every time I had a question or needed something, they replied so quickly and were always super helpful. It made the whole experience feel really supported.
If anyone is thinking about doing aligners, I honestly recommend SmilePath. It worked so well for me, it’s affordable, and the customer service is great. I’m really grateful for the result and for how smooth the process was.

I recently completed my aligner journey with SmilePath, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I used to feel really self-conscious about my crooked smile, and after looking into my options, traditional braces or going through local dentists honestly felt like a headache — long appointments, higher costs, and a much more complicated process.
Choosing SmilePath ended up being the best decision. They made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. The communication was excellent, and every question I had was answered quickly, clearly, and with genuine care.

Overall pretty good
Overall pretty good, however there is extra cost if your mouth is not of a standard size, and it would also be helpful for more videos showing the proper process without having to rely on a video call. During the video call, it would also be helpful to have on screen timers to see progress.
