Ordered a product nearly one month ago, after countless shipping delays and a lengthy customs delay, it finally arrived! Broken and not working, cosmetic damage and a damaged battery, don't do business with these people. Your only point of contact is a man named Coco, I've developed a grudge with a person who I've only ever communicated behind the screen of a computer.

Their products are as advertised. They do a good job of getting the order out Fast, unfortunately, the shipping does get a little crazy. But your product will definitely arrive. Any shipping time is out of their control
The products I have ordered have been exactly What I was looking for and of good quality. dealing with them through email about the length of time My order took to arrive. They were always very patient. And very pleasant to deal with and responded very quickly to my concerns. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered two packs of coils for my nicotine vape didn't get no order confirmation, no shipping information no tracking number not even a notification that it was shipped out.. contacted them 2 days later got an email from Coco saying that they're going to ship it out that day and it was the 30th didn't get no tracking information then didn't get no notification that I have an incoming package. Contacted them two days ago just got an email today saying we handed it off to our shipper and we don't have any tracking number yet they will give us one when they ship it which automatically throws up a big red flag because once you bring a package to carrier there has to be a label and there would be a tracking number on it wouldn't it it has to have a tracking number or some kind of sticker on it saying where it's going that they had to pay for before I went to customs to be checked I'm pretty sure you can't put a package through customs without a label and some kind of tracking information on it. Won't be using them ever again and this was my first time trying.

Seller kept in communication and I was provided with the tracking number via email as soon as it was available, shipping was swift considering it was from US to UK. Very professional, will definitely shop here again.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. No communication besides 1 email. No confirmation email of my purchase. No updates or anything. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Do not shop here.

Ordered two drip tips which arrived safely and quickly. Ordering was simple and also received constant updates from smokstore during the process right up until despatch and shipping. I was also supplied with a tracking number which enabled me to track my parcel right up until it came through my letter box. Very happy and grateful. I will order again from this company , also a huge shout out to Coco who always replies to enquiries and is always polite and knowledgeable on the replies. Very happy. Have been waiting for months for my order. I think I got ripped off ☹️😡

I purchased an item on Wednesday of last week..only to realize I wanted a refund as it would take longer then I thought to get.....sent numerous emails and not a word...I also purchased another item and one line of my delivey adress is not correct so I need it changed...and guess what .. no reply ... I'm not saying they are a bad company but I really hope the reach out soon...I see other products I'm interested in and with a health buyer seller relationship I would like to get them...as for how the experience is going right now it is a negative one :(

The amount I paid for both products were refunded back into my account .... Very professional..no problems at all. . :)

15 days and no shipping confirmation. 18 hours and no reply from support. No matter if I get this product or not, this is a bad experience and I would not recommend you order from this business. They are not a modern communicative business.

I'd categorize them as soft-scamming site.

The company's background and location is misleading.
Their in-stock statuses are fake.
Their delivery times are deliberately misleading.

Specific case:
Ordered a specific component that is no longer sold in my country or the majority of Europe.
I needed it ASAP so Chinese webstores were out of question.
I've found the component on their website at a decent price/value even with the considerable VAT.

Turns out the item was not indeed in stock, they were ordering it probably from a random Chinese website as well, with the exact delivery delays that I wanted to avoid.
It took them more than 3 weeks to provide me with a functional tracking link, before that, I needed to manually ask them how my delivery is going.
While their response were quick (though useless), they sometimes didn't even know which country they are sending the package.

They refrain from providing any estimates when my package would arrive, while I already have great doubts whether the component is legitimate.

Obviously, the price would have been much better if I ordered it from said Chinese webshops.

Avoid this store all the way. There are much better storefronts for vaping products. Smokstore is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE when it comes to communication and my order was shipped to a location in a completely different state. Here is my experience with Smokstore:

07/23/2026: I ordered some products from Smokstore. When I completed my order, I never got any shipping estimates or info. All I received was the email confirming my order; the Order Status was "Pending".

07/31/2026 (8 days since initial order): I sent an email asking about the status of my order.

08/16/2026 (24 days since initial order): I finally received a response to my order status inquiry. It states my order has been shipped out and a USPS tracking number was given. When I checked the USPS tracking number, the status was "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS". This status update was made on 08/05/2026, 11 days before they sent me a response to my order status inquiry.

09/15/2026 (54 days since initial order): The package was accepted in Freeport, NY. The package left NY the same day

09/18/2026 (57 days since initial order): The package was finally delivered to Dothan, Alabama.

The only problem is, I live in Atlanta, GA...not Dothan, AL.

I just sent them an email, but at this point, I'm really fed up with this. I don't know why it took 57 days for my order to finally be delivered. I don't know why it was delivered to the wrong address. I don't know why it took them 11 days to finally give me an update on my order. I don't know why I had to reach out to them to give me an update in the first place.

I'm just submitting this review to warn others to steer clear of Smokstore. I'm totally fine with it going under as a business because it's really screwing people over.

And Smokestore, please don't respond to my review with some empty empathy, "Oh, I'm sorry your package was delivered to the wrong address. That must suck!"

What are you going to do to do better?

What are you going to do to improve communication with your customers?

What are you going to do to make this right?

Honestly, I bet they'll respond to this review much quicker than the email I sent to them before coming here, to let them know my package has been delivered to the wrong flippin' state.

Update: They have contacted me and promised me a full refund.

I was told that they would send my package by express courier. They sent it by Postal Service and it's been 3 months and still no package. They refuse to refund. Don't waste your money.

Mine was a very simple order. As soon as I placed my order they were communicating with me that they had the order and were shipping it. My supplies arrived early. Everything was there. Thier prices are very reasonable and they are very prompt.

They DO NOT communicate. I made several attempts to know why my order was still listed as pending after 2 weeks. It remains to be seen if I will ever see my purchase or a full refund.

Kept my money and didn't ship anything. The also ignored 7 emails

Easy to connect with. They fixed a mistake in my order and sent exactly what I needed. Only thing is it takes a while to get to you. But it came at the right time!

I made an order and within 12 days it arrived so I had a great experience

I recently purchased some 7.5 mil tanks for my TFV18. They were great. I didn’t know that the products were coming from overseas and I was a bit nervous since I was burned from another shop before. I reached out to customer service and they provided me with tracking information. Granted, I couldn’t read the language so I reached out again and they were more than happy to help. I then tracked the package state side using their tracking information. They were then able to get a new tracking number and information as to who was making the delivery. Communication is definitely key. They were delivered before expected and in perfect condition considering they traveled a long way and were handled with many hands. I look forward to ordering from here again. Thank you

I ordered on March 16th they took my money right away however I have still not got any confirmation on the status of my order or heard back from anyone regarding my questions about the order.i would definitely not get anything from them ever.
