My order return pick up was on 12th September 2025 and it is still not yet picked up by 24th also.
They don't answer the calls nor reply too .

Total scammers. I'm based in UK. Ordered and paid for an item. It never came. They confirmed receipt of my payment, however, no delivery updates or tracking details. I contacted them various times and got responses but none saying when I will get my item. Reported to bank who reimbursed me fortunately. Total scammers.
fraud online company.. Are you asking for doing better frauds in future?

Snapdeal uses Ekart Logistics (supposedly a Flikart subsidiary) to ship its products to customers. Ekart delivery agents are scammers. I got conned into paying cash for a payment that I had already made online. As I order a lot online, I thought I had made a mistake, so I paid him and received the item. I had done this with many other e-commerce companies. When I called or emailed customer service, all companies promptly refunded my duplicate payment, except snapdeal. Snapdeal said once they hand over to Ekart, their responsibility ceases. Ekart claimed I paid for a different shipment and not the snapdeal item. I was scammed. Stay far away from Snapdeal, Flipkart and anyone who uses Ekart as their shipping company. You are 90% likely to be scammed one way or another. Good luck.

Absolutely terrible experience using snapdeal. I have never experienced this with either amazon or flipkart.
I ordered a certain item on snapdeal but they delivered a completely different item. My emails to them and whatsapp msgs to them have gone unanswered.
I would not recommend them at all. If one must buy something from them, then I would suggest the cash on delivery option (I made a big mistake bynot selecting this option). And pay the cash only after checking the item.

I ordered a antivirus from snap deal Since 1 month back but I didn't received it till date I thought snap deal was a geniune shoping app but it is not this time I wasted my money of Rs 1078 on my order but you can save your hard earned money by not ordering stuffs from Snapdeal take care be smart thank you. Never buy anything on snapdeal i had purchased something and put it for replacement i didn't get my replacement or refun. They had taken away the product and the product is also with them. It's been more then one month even customare service says wait for 48 hours and nothing happens. I got scammed practically

Product quality is just like of thrift market just picked up dry cleaned and deliver it to customer.
Regarding refund it takes minimum 7 to 10 days to get back your money.
Though customer service is ok but can't fulfill your query by the time.
And one advice to SNAPDEAL Plz don't write instand refund coz ur instant refund is inbound in app only not in real.
And there is lack of upgrades to be done in ur app so that customer won't face serious issues.

They deliver mismatching size, but when you ask for replacement with correct size mentioned in the website. they reject without any reason. Dont trust Snapdeal

I have ordered asian dominator 3 shoe but I have not received till date and Snapdeal are telling false statements. First delivery date was 02/04, 2nd was 05/04, 3rd was 08/04, 4th was 14/04/25 but did not come to my house. They have told lie as they have come to my house on 10/04 & then 12/04/25.
Now this is why I am cancelling my order. Very bad behaviour of the company.

THAT DRESS IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. We ordered a pallazo kurti for Eid for ₹2, 250 but they delivered completely worst cloth simple 2 tops worst experience ever. TOTAL FRAUD idk about the company but that person who sold the dress should be blocked by Snapdeal itself If it's really a good company.
