Booked a last minute trip (on Saturday)…
Booked a last minute trip (on Saturday) for Mon-Wed. Sunday morning got a call to say couldn’t have the booking as we had booked for two nights and the minimum was a three night stay. Despite putting in all the info for two nights etc. So disappointed...now having to wait for a refund. Had to find an alternative with another company. Not a great first experience
