Booked a short break for the family. Was easy to navigate the site and good level of information on the property’s available. Not been on the holiday yet but from what I’ve read seems to be really good.

We thought Snaptrip was an independant company but sadly not. When it came to making the booking we discovered we were dealing with Sykes and all its usual problems of not having enough real people on the end of a phone line to help when its Online booking is well nigh impossible to navigate. After over an hour of trying to get help, hanging on, false information, unable to assist etc we even got cut off. Sadly i cannot reccommend this company apart from a lovely assistant called Emma who eventually made our booking.

Just to clarify, Snaptrip is an independent company. We list properties on behalf of many different partners — Sykes Cottages being just one of them — but they are a completely separate business from us.
We’re aware that Sykes have been experiencing long wait times on their phone lines at peak times, and while we're glad someone was eventually able to help you, we understand how frustrating the experience must have been. The site is easy to use
The site is easy to use, there are lots of properties to choose from with plenty of detail included to help make the right choice.
Booking and payment was easy and everything went smoothly, which on other sites isn't always the case.
I've booked a lovely cottage for May and ai can't wait. Thank you Snaptrip.
