Ordered some mugs for a Christmas present as wanted something different. The quality of the items received are lovely. Will definitely be ordering again.

Cups look lovely, but didn’t realise delivery was coming from china. They were for a Christmas present & didn’t arrive in time. I’m not returning them as it would be too much hassle & I’m sure the recipient will like them. Need more information regarding delivery & the fact they come from china. As I said….love the cups, shame sbout the delivery. Ordered 14th December not received until the 27th December.

I recently ordered 4 (10 ounce) coffee mugs from Snaw. The mugs arrived in a timely manner and are lovely. Some of the mugs had slight flaws so I reach out to Snaw in an email and provided them pictures. They immediately responded! They were wonderful to deal with and are sending me replacements. Their customer service is second to none!

The mug I received looked much different than the website. Much smaller and not attractive. Overpaid for nothing.

Lovely cups as pictured and described, and they were well packaged. Delivery was a little slower than I'd have liked, though it was Christmas time which probably slowed things down.

Good product arrived on time

Excellent quality cups in great packaging delivered on time and easy to deal with I will definitely order a couple more.

Very frustrating, the actual size is different from picture

I ordered a vintage coffee cup with wooden handle. It came as seen in the picture on the website. Seems solid and durable.

My only issue is with the matching saucer I ordered on the side. The "wood" circle is poorly inserted in the middle of the ceramic plate, which leaves a small gap all-around. Doesn't look as sharp as in the picture and the gap will most likely retain water (therefore cause damage and possible accumulation of mold in this area after washing it). Plus, the wood circle has several tiny scratches on the top and is quite heavy (it's thicker than it appears on the picture).

I like the customer service and also the double insulated walls is the way to go.

I ordered 4 manly looking steel coffee mugs for my sons for Christmas. I made the huge mistake of not reading the details but looking at the picture in the advertisement. They were mailed from China. I received notice they were delivered on Dec 23 and they actually were delivered on Dec 26. The manly steel coffee cups showed up the size of a child’s cup. They hold a 1/2 cup of fluid. The company is basically saying I have to pay for the return to UK (they came from China). Also, saying instead of trusting the pictures, I should have read the details. Do not trust the photos on the FB advertisements

This product is so elegant. It raises a cup of coffee to an experience. Customer service knew where to look for our cups even when we didn't have a clue. Highly recommend.
