Loved the cup it’s beautiful but sadly much smaller than it looks on the advert, so unfortunately won’t buy any more bad news because it’s a beautiful cup

I have not recieved this shipment. I have a confirmation order. I don't have any email advising if delivery. I have sent you various mails asking if I was charged for the mugs or haven't. I need this to be clarified.

The cup is ok. Nicely manufactured but I am dissatisfied by the lack of clarity on the product page as it stated wooden handle which is not the case. It is a plastic handle that only slightly resembles wood.

The lid does not fit properly. Poor quality.

Mugs are nice but not as bulky as I thought. They were for a present for my boyfriend and he doesn’t love them unfortunately. The handle is a little too fine for him.

Expensive but total quality backed by outstanding customer service

Was initially drawn to buying these cups because this was an English company. However, when the order shipped I saw they were coming from China.
I think the company needs to be more transparent on the website as to the origin of their products.
Apart from this, the cups themselves are very good quality and well made.

Amazing product, esthetics and quality. Prompt shipping, very well, safely packaged. The entire experience overall was good.

Love the their product(s) that I ordered!

First of all the customer service is absolutely appalling. It took nearly three weeks to get a response back to my emails and the form I filled out online. In the time I was waiting they sent me multiple marketing emails about sales they were having to, which just seems ridiculous when you have waited three weeks to see when your order will be sent.

Then when the coffee mugs arrived they were completely different colour to what we ordered. The pictures show them as a dark green colour, what we got is a blue/white and completely wrong.

I have very little hope of sending them back as this does not seem to be a company that will respond quickly or pay for the return shipping themselves. I would never use this company again, terrible customer service and the pictures do not remotely represent the product we got.

The packaging was just awful. It is amazing that the product survived. Treatment of delivery wa appalling .
The product was delivered without any instructions on the best way use it. there was no item description indicating how many parts and how they are assembled. I make coffee 3-4 different ways but never using this type of equipment. So, if you can provide this information I would appreciate it very much.

These silicone coasters are very nice. The cups are also great. Coffee stays hot longer in them.

Got it quickly but it is quite small and only holds about 8 to 10 onces of coffee. For this reason it was of no use to store coffee so we use it to store tea bags. It will hold one small box but is idea for small amounts of loose tea!

The travel mug is really beautiful. Solid and smooth. Excellent quality. Exactly like the picture. Very pleased with it. I’ve used it in the microwave with no issues.

Great design and finish. Lovely mugs to us.
