Ward staff is (falak khan) good but post operative staff is so frustrated i thik they have willing issue about doing things or helping patients.

Awful order placed on 22/11, 7 days later no order, DHL can’t find it and SNH said they have to email DHL as they can’t ring them. Wish I’d paid extra with Amazon.

Placed an order online giving specific invoice and delivery details. Received the invoice stating that as well as sending the goods to the invoice address, they've missed the important part of the address off - ie the unit number on an industrial estate. They blamed it on Paypal (I definitely clicked the credit card link)and the fact that I must have missed our unit number off - when you order a lot of goods online, you double check everything. They take no responsibility for their error whatsoever. Trust lost - and now I have to pay for the order again which they refuse to take over the phone and will send me an email with a link. Telephone operator very arrogant - Not returning to the site after this order. Shame because a different attitude by the phone operator and an acceptance of what has happened would have saved the bad feeling.

Use this company many times now.
Very fast turnaround for delivery for your items.
They do answer the phone not like some of these other companies.
if you do have an issue with your order, i.e damage in transit which I have had.
They were very quick to resolve it.
And they are very helpful as well over the phone.

I ordered 4Dimplex heaters and only 3 came. I asked the driver and he said no there were only 3. I emailed Sarah and she said the other one was on its way the next day. I stayed in all day and it didn’t turn up! Then the day after it turned up in a taped up damaged box. I emailed photos and got a reply asking for photos?!?! There was no name in the email so I don’t know who’s dealing with this now! I sent the photos again. I am back at work now so there’s likely to be no one in! I can’t waste all this time waiting for deliveries, non deliveries and damaged deliveries! I’ve no idea if the heaters work. I will review again after the electrician has fitted them! That’s if they all arrive in time!!

Ok, I never write reviews. However, I simply have to write one about these guys. the customer service experience has been exceptional. I had an issue with an item I ordered (who doesn't) and Ryan was uber efficient in sorting it all out and did it all with a smile. A refreshing change from the normal.

Ordered an immersion tank as it was very competitively priced.
A slight delay in arrival and had to phone customer service, who were very efficient. They phoned the supplier and the tank arrived the following day.

I ordered a flue collar make good the hole as it goes through the wall.
It took 9 days to arrive.
I ordered 125mm and they sent 175mm.
I called them and was told is was my fault as the trim was for twin wall.
Luckily I got a refund although it cost me return postage.

Had to return a gas fire which was ordered in error. Had to arrange courier myself to collect and return. SNH refused to take it as the courier had opened the box and deemed this now unsaleable. Have offered to replace the box from original supplier and SNH will still not accept this return. I wish I had read trust pilot first as their customer service is very unhelpful. If you are going to buy from SNH please be aware!!

When I was searching for chimney liner I came across this site. After reading some comments I was first sceptical if I should trust them. But finally i decided to give them a go and I didn't regret it. the order came on time and there was no issues with it.

Bought a gas fire from snh based purely on price and in stock. Fire arrived within a couple of days, damaged in transit. Reported this and replacement ordered from manufacturer and delivered in days with damaged item picked up as well. The whole thing was dealt with professionaly by a very good team with no hoops to jump through on my part and no increase in blood pressure!! Many thanks to all concerned.

Very bad service,
Waited 5 days to get delivery, no item received, contacted SNH , they advised me to wait an other 8 days , avoid SNH.

The cylinder advertised 3-5 working days delivery.

They priced the goods little bit cheaper but you will never get it.

Took my money for an unvented cyclinder, website claims it was in stock and 3-5 days. I chased up after 3 working days only
To be it wouldn’t come in the quoted time, which was no good for me.

Asked for a refund but get no reply to any emails.

Clearly a brass plater as they told me the suppliers would deliver Monday.

I’d avoid next time

Item (unvented cylinder) not delivered within the five working days they promised.
Had to cancel and go elsewhere.
Poor service IMO.

First time we have used SNH aa they were the cheapest for the Gledhill cylinders. I checked trustpilot before ordering. Order was acknowledged and updates provided. Cylinder delivered direct from Gledhill a few days later. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended and will use again

Ordered some stove glass cleaner pads (as they had tripled in price via Amazon since I last bought any) and found SNH to be much cheaper even paying for postage so bought 3 packs to make it worthwhile! Fast delivery and great website experience. Highly recommend.

Required some parts for annual maintenance to my Tiger multifuel inset unit, ordered via ebay and was emailed to confirm order and payment, order arrived within 3 days and was exactly what I required and is a good quality product, now fitted and awaiting the colder weather to fire up the fire ,THANKS VERY MUCH, SNH.
