I joined Sodastream awhile back and I must admit I had some apprehension at the beginning. I didn't know what to expect from this company. I have been using Sodastream for some time now and I have to say I am extremely satisfied. The customer service has been awesome. I was dealing with a customer service representative by the name of Aina Koloina RANDRIANJAFIARISON, who was a total professional. I am extremely satisfied on how quickly she responded to my needs. It could be a repair, a replacement. It doesn't matter because she resolved my problem immediately.
As far as the product and accessories are concerned, they are top notch. The sodastream delivers the perfect stream for your Fizz. I just recently purchsed their liquids and drops and I must say I am very inpressed with the flavours and I can't believe how affordable they are.
I would gladly recommend this business to my friends and anybody else looking for a great way to make your own drinks.

I bought a machine on Amazon and I tough it wasn't working. I bought directly on the Sodastream Web site. The morning after I realized that I did not insert the gaz botte the right way. I asked for a refund and the person treated my request immediatly.

Fantastic customer service! I had sent an email a few months back enquiring about the orange mango zero sugar that had disappeared from shelves. I had mistakenly ordered Ginger Ale instead of Diet Ginger Ale for my wife (on Labour Day so no support was available). I sent in an email and the next morning I got a quick response. Michel was outstanding to deal with. She immediately understood my mistake and concern and put me at ease. She explained she could retrieve my order even though it had started through the shipping process, credit my credit card, then provide an order with the right Diet Ginger Ale. All in all a very pleasant experience!
