She was professional, knowledgeable and very patient as I tried to connect via the video link to show what was happening with my machine and was able to offer an alternative way for me to provide that information. I was pleased with the result that a replacement e-Terra machine would be provided.

What an organised company. I ordered my replacement cylinders from Amazon which was a mistake because I had ordered the wrong size and they couldn't be returned. I called SodaStream and they immediately exchanged the wrong sized cylinder for the correct ones for no charge. Their support was super polite and helpful. I have to add my wife loves her SodaStream!

Excellent customer service. I was charged for a late cylinder return but was able to return the cylinders and receive a full refund. The assistance was thorough and prompt.

My DUO machine (covered by warranty) had an issue, so I contacted SodaStream Support. Response was received within 24 hours. Had a video conference session set up with their support department, which allowed me to show them the issue (I absolutely loved this style of support). They said they would replace the machine. I was then offered an upgrade to the machine, because I had mentioned that I ordered the DUO because the E-DUO was not available anywhere. I just had to pay the extra price difference. Then I was blown away when told I didn't even have to send the old machine back.

Great customer service! Mika handled my request and was very kind and helpful. I only wanted to return the machine for a refund, but SodaStream generously refunded me and let me keep it. I really appreciated how easy and pleasant the whole experience was.

I was having trouble with product registration for my new soda stream. I tried for two days on my mac desktop and ipad without success. I repeatedly received a pop up that said “oops, something went wrong. Try again later”. At the end of day two i decided to try a live chat with soda stream to see if they could resolve my issue. They offered to register my product for me, and i sent them a photo of the message i was receiving. In the interim i tried to do the product registration on my iphone and it went thru without difficulty. I have received my confirmation email. So, good outcome.

I usually do not write reviews but in this case I have to as the service provided was absolutely fantastic. Problem solved within 1 email and shipment on its way again. Had nothing to do with the product just the receiving end warehouse that is a bit known for issues as we are rural. Love my Sodastream btw as I can customize my “ bubbles” lol to just the right amount. So if you are thinking of getting one, please do so as the products snd the customer service are outstanding!!!
