Milan Recliner
We initially purchased an electrically powered recliner chair through a Wowcher offer and were so pleased with it that we decided to buy a second one. Both chairs were delivered on time and were very easy to set up.
After around 16 months, one of the chairs stopped working. Although it was no longer under warranty, I contacted customer service and was impressed by their response. They called me back promptly and arranged a video call with their technical department. During the call, they quickly identified the issue and recommended a replacement part, which we then purchased.
The part arrived within a couple of days and was straightforward to fit ourselves. Thanks to their help, we now have both chairs working again.
Overall, excellent customer service and support, even outside of the warranty period.

Ordered a sofa from The Sofa Shop and…
Ordered a sofa from The Sofa Shop and the customer team contacted me and arranged a delivery for the following weekend. Didn't receive the delivery confirmation email (we took the option for them to take our old sofa and the email explains how to do that) contacted them via email and they responded straight away with the information i needed.
I don't know if it's my email but I didn't receive an email the night before the delivery to say the timing slot so emailed them the morning of the delivery and again they responded straight away with what number delivery I was and which one they were currently on.
They called me half an hour before the slot.
They arrived on time. Took my old sofa, set up the new one and showed me how to use all the controls.
They were very helpful, friendly and very efficient. The service was outstanding.
I bought the 3 seater Sicily reclining sofa. It has a massager, reading lights, fold down table with cup holders and charging points. It even has heat which it didn't say on the speck.
It is a remarkable sofa, very comfortable and the massager helps my poor aching back.
All on all it was a great experience from start to end. Great support and great delivery and they even threw in a free footstool.
Would highly recommend this company. They are cheaper than the rest and everything was quick and convenient.
When I replace my 2 seater sofa, I won't be looking anywhere else!

Brilliant company!
Amazing service all round! What a great company! Took my order and fast tracked my delivery slot to a day I had off work. Ordered Saturday, delivered Tuesday! Brilliant customer service! A special mention goes to the delivery guys Zam and Saj. Went above and beyond. I live in a top floor flat and they were super careful in getting the chairs up the stairs which I was quite stressed about. Installed, cleared up and even took off their shoes to respect my carpets. Absolute top guys! Thank you so much!

I purchased my sofa without seeing or trying it as I live 3 hours away. I read previous reviews & decided to take the plunge. I am NOT disappointed. Had phone call to arrange delivery. From purchase to delivery under 3 weeks. On morning of delivery message sent with time slot. Phone call 45 mins prior to actual delivery. Delivered & set up quickly & taken through functions of how to use & connect via Bluetooth. Highly recommended.

Second time purchasing
This is my second time purchasing from The Sofa Shop, they are a very professional company to buy from. Each department has the same level of professionalism. I visited their showroom and was helped with information by their knowledgeable Sales team. I was contacted by the Logistics team who explained the way the delivery would happen, they also sent an e-mail reiterating what they had explained. On the day of delivery the Delivery team contacted me by phone to tell me of their arrival. They brought the sofas into the house and placed them where I wanted them, they assembled them, tested them and explained all the operations they could do. They also took away all the packaging and cardboard with them. I would recommend The Sofa Shop to anybody who is looking to purchase high quality sofas.
I now have a Turin single seater, a Turin two seater and a Turin three seater. Quality products from a quality company. Well done

Regarding the slight noise when reclining, this is usually caused by normal leather friction as the material settles and moves against surrounding surfaces. This is quite common and nothing to worry about. However, if the noise becomes more noticeable over time or starts to concern you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We had our sofa delivered this morning…
We had our sofa delivered this morning by Zam and Saj, they communicated through the morning to keep us updated re times and were extremely helpful when delivering, removing the packaging so we could get it through a smaller door, as well as being friendly and efficient.
The sofa is great, the only fault is that the qr code for instructions doesn’t work and we were told there are no instructions! We weren’t informed of this at the point of ordering, they want you to pay for the assembly.
