Simple ordering process and the…
Simple ordering process and the delivery team were AMAZING. Ian and Najeeb got the sofa up a tricky flight of stairs with no fuss or complaints, the while process from start to finish only took 30 minutes. First time buying a sofa and what a fantastic experience it was.

Zam and Saj are great guys kept me informed of my delivery time from morning until delivery. Brought the sofa in with great care put it exactly where I asked made sure I was happy showed me the reclining position. Were professional friendly and courteous. Thankyou great guys. We purchased the 3 seater cinema sofa from The Sofa Shop last year and really happy with it so we decided we’d order the 2 seater for when visitors come so bought the 2 seater cinema recliner sofa to match and it was the same guys who delivered previously so that was a good suprise as they were so helpful. Only ordered last Thursday had a call to say it would be delivered today so very happy indeed 😊

Milan Recliner
We initially purchased an electrically powered recliner chair through a Wowcher offer and were so pleased with it that we decided to buy a second one. Both chairs were delivered on time and were very easy to set up.
After around 16 months, one of the chairs stopped working. Although it was no longer under warranty, I contacted customer service and was impressed by their response. They called me back promptly and arranged a video call with their technical department. During the call, they quickly identified the issue and recommended a replacement part, which we then purchased.
The part arrived within a couple of days and was straightforward to fit ourselves. Thanks to their help, we now have both chairs working again.
Overall, excellent customer service and support, even outside of the warranty period.
