Although I was no pleased that the birthday present boots I bought at your store was not able to reach us in time and most of all it was never delivered owing to bad processing between your company and the delivery dpd. The experience spoilt the moment got me and my sons to gift their father! But having said that it was good that you kept me updated and apologise for the bad experience and also topped by making a courtesy gesture to us! This is the reason that I was able to give the benefit of the doubt that this will not happen again keeping me informed about my order was important. Therefore your customer service is not too bad.

Depuis le Brexit aucun retour n’ est possible !!! J’ ai renvoyé une paire de chaussure en payant les frais d’ envoi et ils ont refusé 2 fois le colis !!!!!!!
Scandale sur des chaussures a 300 Euros ...ils ne cherchent aucune solution
Suite a votre reponse nous allons vous poster les envoi !! Fedex 2 aller/ retour !! Je crois que vous ne mesurez pas les prix !! Nois avons suivi exactement ce que nous devions faire pour reexpredier ….. vous nois avez proposer une remise pour les garder et je comprends pourquoi maintenant !!

Your Order placed on 20th Feb, we emailed you that our items are excluded of EU Vat and custom charges, we had no reply, therefore we ship the goods and paid fro taxes from our end as goodwill gesture, because we noticed you bought from us before Brexit and we assumed you are not aware of the changes with Brexit in our end,
YOUR order delivered on 1st of March,
your email request returned received on the second of March, we replied on the same day,
our return policies explain return instruction and request customers to forward us return tracking number, we didn't have your reply upon the chat live on the 9th of March, you requested us for exchange, we reply what style you would like to exchange to, you did not reply until today, we received your email today and write to you few times to request information to arrange the return from our end and so far no informations forward to us, please keep us updated, other than that we won't be able to resolve your issue, thank you and the best regards from our team
