Hi I always go here for my boys shoes pity I can never remember girls name that's always there she is so helpful and brilliant in and out 10 minutes....I hope she gets paid well as she runs the shop like it's her own and her patient with people is great

I had a rather unusual first experience with Solemates as my package was stolen out of my post box. When I contacted them about this they were extremely apologetic and very helpful in assisting me in sorting out the situation. They helped guide me through the process of getting a police report done and filing a report with the post office and in the end, I got the price of the shoes refunded from the postal service.

I can not comment on the quality of their resoles however from our conversations I could tell that they truly care about their customers and I will definitely be using their services again.

Nice idea, comfortable service, super fast, uncomplicated and good quality.

Extrem einfach, guter Service und saubere Arbeit.
Schuhe in den dafür vorgesehenen Behälter eingeworfen, Formular ausgefüllt, Bezahlung durchführen und zwei Wochen später werden sie fix fertig nach Hause geliefert.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, werden es das nächste Mal sicher genau gleich machen.

Top-Service bei minimalem Aufwand. Nach nicht einmal Wochen habe ich meine Schuhe zurückbekommen. Das Resumee: Super Qualität der Wiederbesohlung innerhalb kürzester Zeit und das bei minimalstem Aufwand. Das rechtfertigt auch den Preis.

Unkompliziert und sehr schnell, habe nur 1 1/2 Wochen gewartet! Und was ich auch super finde, dass kein unnötiger Verpackungsmüll bei der Rücksendung erzeugt wird, nur das was wirklich notwendig ist.

Super Qualität, schnelle Lieferung :) Hätte nicht gedacht, dass mein Schuh nochmal so gut aussehen könnte nach dem in welchem Zustand ich die abgeliefert hatte.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von eurem unkomplizierten Service! Auch die Qualität stimmt. Wenn ich mir was wünschen dürfte, dann wär das eine kleine Info (auf der Rechnung) welcher Gummi tatsächlich verwendet wurde.
Alles in Allem aber Top, und ich werd auch beim nächsten Mal meine Schuhe wieder zu euch schicken. Weiter so!
