Solid Wood Tops Opiniões

Excellent service from Solid Wood Top, prompt replies and great communication and clarification on the specs I wanted would highly recommend.

Really good service - Joe was prompt in replying, attentive and helped me through all the options. I am now looking forward to receiving my new desk top.

Excellent service from Joe at Solid Wood Tops: very prompt response, accommodating my changes of plan, good price. Couldn't be more helpful.

Very straightforward and lots of choice.

Speedy and clear customer service. I can't wait to see the results!

The widest range of options for desk/work tops that I found available at the best price. Communications were very clear and quick (even on bank holiday).

Excellent advice from Joe and the team - a wellspring of good content and sensible suggestions, helping think through how to commission my ideal desk.

SWT provides a design and commissioning service, but I haven't yet received the desk - I will update this review when it's delivered .

Great idea, I had a problem in finding bespoke good quality and reasonably priced quality wood top, solid wood tops solved the issue, well done.

Excellent, replys are immediate. Very good range of options, and a very wide range of agents. If you want it you can get it! Pretty cheap too!

Speedy and helpful process for getting a bespoke desk made! Really quick responses, had a desk order all sorted (with samples) within 24hrs. Website has lots of useful information and good example images.

Their website had a LOT of information that I firstly didn't consider when coming up with a custom table idea, which really helped to narrow down my preferences and finalise the drawings. Once I submitted the drawings Joe in less than 24h (note, on Saturday) got back to me and connected me to one of their suppliers closest to where I live. I am now going through the process with their supplier of ordering the samples of different finishes but Solid Wood Tops were really easy to work with, great work team!

Really appreciated how simple the ordering process was and how much useful information was on the website. The images of the different edge/finish options were really helpful, as were the FAQ articles about wood type, recommended depth etc. My order has now gone to their partner firm to be made up, but so far I am very happy with my experience.

Excellent product and friendly service. Would definitely recommend. We will be buying from them again as they have some beautiful items and they were very easy to deal with.

The service has been outstanding. I was able to do all the necessary research for customizing my desk on the Solid Wood Tops website. Since I submitted my request, the communication has been timely and friendly, and the partner has agreed to try to expedite my lead time.

Joe was invaluable in advising me on what shape edge I am looking for. Would recommend!

Having decided to replace a table top we found the website easy to use with clear instructions to create an order. A local tradesman was found very quickly and the whole process was very smooth and we were kept informed throughout.

Great service in terms of communication speed and the number of customisable options.

Excellent service that was very easy to use, despite initially feeling overwhelmed at the thought of buying a seperate top to the legs I already owned. Their site contains lots of valuable articles and information to help you decide from the myriad of customization they offer.

Once I had placed an order for my exact specifications, they emailed me the following day with a breakdown of their partnered company who would be carrying out the order. I feel safe in the knowledge that I will be getting a reliable piece of furniture that will last for many years (without bowing in the middle), and I look forward to receiving my finished desk.

I loved their website and how it had all information needed to understand what I need for my product.
This assisted me in building my specification as some of the things I didn’t even consider until I started building the request.

Once I have send all the information, they responded in the quick manner and the supplier that they suggested was just what I needed.

I really recommend their services

Very informative website and transparent about partnering model. Found a company to fulfil my order and got details organized exceptionally quickly.

Great customer service and ordering experience.
