Never buy this please!!! So so strong, that nobody can stand it!!! Wanted to send it back because the tool is not created for humans. It’s so so painful, 😥 incredible !!! On the minimum level is so incredibly strong, that it created huge black brusses. Wanted to send it back, but was getting an answer of recommendation every 2 weeks. And eventually, after 3 months didn’t get any replay. Very scammy shop !!! Plus on everything they don’t ever give any refund. But there is an option on chat gpT how to get your money back when you claim it through your back. The prices are so so huge !!! I’m n Temu you can buy for 15$ a similar tool with 12 suction units and 1 and 2 spear works really cool.

This product broke after its first use. Do not buy this. Customer Service will not answer me.

Item never worked. Customer service claimed they would send a replacement and then ghosted me until it was too late for a chargeback.

The cellulite suction device broke not long after purchase. Emailed the company straight away, and they replied pretty quick saying that I should send a video showing the damage which I did. Then radio silence. Removing my comments on Facebook, ignoring my emails and messages. Nothing! Best part of £100 gone!
I just hope nobody else falls for this scam company! Avoid!

If there was zero rating I would give that. Mine snapped after a month. Because suction is so strong. Wrote to company for a new one. They said they were sending it, never arrived. Many emails fake promises. Brought it up with PayPal. PayPal was told they already sent me one. Bunch of liars. Don’t trust them

Received my unit today. It won’t charge. Expecting a response for replacement but am doubtful. With all the bad reviews …a class action law suit would suit them. $184.00 for nothing. Am very disappointed. Waiting for solid!s response. Definitely not impressed.

Suction is way to strong. Instruction are minimal. Bruises all over. Cracked after one month. Customer service is terrible. They said they would send a replacement. Had to send a video of damaged product. Haven't heard a peep from them since except for an automated response. Have put in a dispute with PayPal.

I loved the idea of smoothing out cellulite and smoothing my thighs. But even with loads of oil is wouldn’t break suction and left me with countless bruises!!! Great idea, but not useable due to pain and bruising!!! Don’t buy this product!

This product poorly made. Leaves bruises all over your legs. Shocking customer service. The email given for a refund is invalid.

The machine took a long time to arrive from overseas. The machine itself is basic and you can tell cheaply made but I was hopeful as its function just needs to be simple BUT the suction on level 1 was way too strong and kept increasing even when on the skin. So strong that you can’t move the machine across the skin with loads of oil and it left a terrible round bruise where it sucked the blood to the surface of my skin. I immediately requested a refund explaining that the product was simply not fit for use and got told that as I had bought it on special offer a refund was not permitted under their terms and conditions. This sadly appears to be an absolute scam !!!

I purchased this product on August 25 2024 not even 5 months the machine just broke while doing the massage be careful

This little device has worked wonders for me! After just a few sessions, I noticed my thighs looking smoother, and my skin feels so much tighter. The suction and massage combo is amazing. Highly recommend it to anyone struggling with cellulite!

Leaving a truthful review gets you accused of damaging this company's reputation. Faulty items, poor customer service through lack of replying to emails and no refund or exchange damages a reputation, not it's customers.

SCAM ! I ordered this item and it took about 2 weeks to arrive , I only used it a few times and the handle snapped off . It’s a flimsy product and they haven’t responded to my emails regarding a refund . DON’T BUY IT !

Worst Company EVER
I had a fauty machine and after near to 30 emails i got nothing. I went through facebook and left messages so they then blocked me. DONT BUY OFF THEM. Heartless Scammers

3 weeks in it stopped working. Almost 2 months later they still haven’t responded to any of my emails.
Good product but buy elsewhere, company ethic is disgraceful.
