Scam! Bought one and it broke after 10 uses! No one bothers to respond.

The worst device you can buy in your life. It does not work as they describe. It is very painful. You cannot bear it. Because it is bad, there is no service to get your money back. Beware of it. It is a clear commercial fraud.

Avoid.
This order didn't arrive, I emailed them numerous times, and they refused to refund me. After 3 months I even opened a ticket with Paypal, who didn't refund me either actually.

Solie - this company is a SCAM. They advertised 60% off on their Cellubye now is $134. Without reading the review, I thought I gave it a try. At the pay page, after entering paying details, select the product, the amount became double at $268. I don’t whether they programmed it that way to scam people, or a glitch. It does not have an option to go back and review, reject. Then in less then a second, it jumped straight to ‘order is processed’ without me touching any thing. I immediately contacted customer service to provide a refund, no one has come back. A couple of minutes later I received a confirmation saying my order is on its way. They OVERCHARGED the amount advertised. Customer service here indeed non existent. 3 Sep 2024 - DO NOT GO HERE

Solie lab - what a joke this company and product is. Don't waste your money on this product, period. Too painful to use even on the weakest setting. Cheap and nasty and very poorly designed and made. Solie customer service is practically non existent but luckily I got my money back because I put a claim in. Terrible product, terrible company. Just one big scam!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Don’t do it. Waste of money and time. Solie customer service is a JOKE. I was sent a defective product. Reached out and have heard nothing back. They will not honor refunds or exchanges even after sending proof of the defective item! Like others said, if I could give them a negative 100, I would! Go elsewhere and don’t give them any business! There are way better products and companies out there.

If I could give 0 stars I would, same as other people experience they sent me a cheap device, sent it back on my expense, no replay on my email ,
Stay well clear, they are scammers and left me out of pocket nearly 80 pounds and no device, solie customer support if you read this remember I will shame you as soon I see your ads again you are just scammers!!

I would rate the experience as an absolute zero. Device sent (sold for £70) is just a cheap chinese version, exactly the same as you can purchase on Temu for a range of £11-13.
Delivery was late and when approached for a return, a company response to email is none ( none of my numerous emails were acknowledged or replied). Absolute nothing.
As I have paid through PP i put the case to resolution centre and then after 3 months they have replied with a generic email that device is as described and their terms an condition on discounted products does not allow the money back?????......!!!! Another unprofessional and useless company that is scamming the market) It is just a joke....none of the negative reviews are being published on the website as they just accept good comments and blocking the rest.

I've order a device and I've never received it. I have been claimed for 3 month and no answer. Can someone put me in contact with me?

I bought a device from you and I waited a long time for its delivery. When I finally got it, after the first use, the battery was discharged. The included cable does not fit the device. I would like to return the device because it is useless, it cannot be charged, the cable is as if it were from another machine!!!

So painful to use, followed instructions and couldn’t put up with the pain. Left bruises on my body after a few seconds of use. Would not recommend

It’s a semi-scam. For example instead of receiving the item as marketed, I received a product that is directly from the factory with a complete different brand and I tried it and it’s true that it sucks really strong So much that it caused me severe bruising and severe skin damage.

The product is worth no more than $20 so paying over $100 for this product is completely not worth it moreover because the company does not really exist, it is just a front for a manufacturing, there is no possibility to get an actual refund the entire refund policy is a complete lie so if you are willing to spend $100 for this product that is coming directly from the factory with a complete different brand-name and take the risk to damage your skin then go for it.

My order is not shipped even, after one month of placing an order. Customer service is not responding, so never order anything from them!

I ordered two products from these people 7 days ago and have not received a confirmation from them although they have taken my payment. I followed their procedure and contacted them via email. They sent back a 50% off offer. I contacted them again via email and also on Facebook Messenger. They still have not replied.
I have contacted them several times and they do not as answer. I put a scam comment on their Facebook post and they delete. No answer. Extremely dodgy customer service, feels like a scam to me and I’m $200 poorer as they refuse to answer my emails. I would never recommend this company and I will voice my opinion on their poor service on every site I can to prevent others losing their money as I have. The fact they have not provided confirmation for the goods I paid for and refuse to do so, let alone answer is criminal. Would 100% not recommend buying from this company.

I was eagerly anticipating the anti-cellulite electric suction cup, but I must express my disappointment. The package arrived completely damaged, and the device is malfunctioning with a defect.
