Why does this company have no tracking…
Why does this company have no tracking service? I have tried every combination possible to find a tracking service within their website to find out where my package is, given it is already two days late.
The last time I received a delivery from this bunch of cretins, they dragged a bed mattress along the pavement in the rain and dumped it outside my gate without even waiting for me to answer the doorbell. I will not buy from any company who uses this courier ever again!

Sorry that you feel this way.... just to clear things up, you have received a tracking link to the email you provided on 1st November 15:33:01 (our system logs this) so not sure why your not using this link?
In regard to your order (as per the tracking link) your products are out of stock with the supplier where you brought them from so we cant deliver to you until they arrive
Lastly, according to our records we have never delivered to you previously so your comments about us dragging the bed last time isnt actually correct.

Really friendly and helpful
Really friendly and helpful. Went out his way to help me with the large package that needed brought in . I couldn’t lift it on my own so he helped me.
He kept me informed and was very approachable and professional. Really lovely guy.

Ordered a bed online from The Range, and this company delivered it. The issue of missing parts was rectified swiftly. Ben and his colleague delivered the 1st box, then Ben came back to deliver the 2nd. Great service overall and Ben made sure everything was in order, so thankyou 😊

Friendly and helpful
Ben delivered my item within the scheduled delivery window. He was friendly and professional and my parcel (a flat packed day bed) was delivered single handed on an extremely blustery windy day so he did really well to get it to my door damage free.
