Recieved my order this morning.Ben the delivery man was so polite and helpful with my parcel.

Apart from being very late due to traffic our delivery driver George was very polite and helpful.

Today Claudio not only delivered our new bed at the time he said he would he carried all the boxes and mattress upstairs for us too. He even helped us open the main parts of the bed and gave us some great advice on how to assemble the basic structure.

We got a text message giving us a time slot. The driver Claudio called us 30 mins before arrival. He arrived on time, greeted us and a very friendly manner, helped us with the packages and even took the time to explain how to assemble it best. Overall 5 stars for Claudio. A pleasure to deal with

Bed delivered today by Claudio who was efficient, friendly and polite. Reallycant fault anything!

Daniel just delivered my new mattress. He gave a courtesy phone call about 10 minutes before he arrived. Delivery was on time and within the allotted 3 hour window. Daniel went above and beyond - carrying the mattress from the street, up flights of stairs and into my property. Off street parking is difficult here and Daniel had to walk a bit of a distance. As I am unwell I always get anxious about large deliveries as I cannot lift anything, but Daniel brought the mattress in and laid it flat so it wouldn’t fall on anyone. Brilliant courier and great service!

Ben was great, very polite and courteous, dropped the chair off within the agreed time and was on his way. No fuss, no drama, job done
