I have purchased four off-the-plan properties via Solomon Investment Partners now. In purchasing off-the-plan you need to expect that sometimes things dont go to plan, and that its a different risk profile than if you are buying a home. I have experienced excellent customer service in resolving any issues that arise in my various transactions, am completely satisfied and would recommend Solomon to anyone. Special mention and thanks to Gerallt, Kristiane and Sarah.

I was told to invest in a property under build which would be ready within 6month and was told I could even sell it if I change my mind with the possibility of making some profit on the discounted price. The moment i paid my deposit £21,750 in January 2021, All the promises changed. 2yrs on, am still fighting to get my deposit. The customer care team are so arrogant and dishonest that they even told me they don't have my money and I can't sue them or do anything until the developers decide to refund me my money even when the clauses of the contract say otherwise. So I am currently seeking further litigation just to get my deposit after 2yrs of lies.
I had to pay their preferred solicitor locksmith an additional £420 to get my refund paid back to me. in December 2021 last year and till now September 2022, I am still waiting to get my deposit. They have failed all the clauses in the contract to return my deposit.
I would advise anyone doing business with these people to be very careful. It is the worst customer service and there is no honesty or any iota of integrity with them.
I am now speaking with the police, my solicitor, and financial conduct authority people to see what can be done to get these shameless people to give me back my money.

I was left very impressed by the service I received from Lucie and Chris. Communication was clear and easy to understand. They were professional and accessible at all times, even after work hours. This gave me piece of mind, as buying a property is a stressful exercise. I am confident that I can do business with Solomons in future.

Hi just like to thank Solomon investment partners and especially Jordan and Sarah, for their support and professionalism during our purchase of our recent property 17 Danum house Doncaster. during the ups and downs of the purchase they were extremely supportive and gave good advise on the various steps towards completion and cant thank them enough for their responses during the process of the purchase.

The food is really really nice.,good price good value for money plenty of food on your plate.it offers alcohol, enough choice. service little slow but its nice that your not rushed. I would highly recommend Soloman investment partners. I mainly dealt with frank, and from our first phone call, felt very comfortable with him. He never put me under any pressure, always called when he said he would, and never gave me any sales spiel. Whatever information or advice he gave me, I genuinely felt that it was in our best interest and that has proved to be true. After frank, we were passed on to Lisa in client care and she was equally as efficient and professional. We also had some personal issues during the initial paperwork and deposit process which slowed things down. But still at no point did they put any pressure on us or hassle us in any way, in fact they were very kind and sympathetic. Fantastic experience from start to finish. From initial consultation re buying property off-plan, to solicitors, conveyancing, money laundering safegaurds etc, the company's partners were super efficient, quite literally a well oiled machine. My personal contact who oversaw the entire process (including hand-holding me when necessary), was fantastic; no time wasting, but very affable and knowledgeable.
I am so impressed with the manner in which the company operate, I intend to do the whole thing again next year. Can't say fairer than that.
