Wait time....unacceptable.

Store # 6314 In Waco, Tx. I used the online ordering through the app to place a small simple order. It was to be ready at 1:41pm. I arrived at 1:40, checked in and at 1:48 I was still waiting. I pressed the red button at 1:49 and was told they were "working" on it. Due to the wait time, and this made me late for work, I asked for a refund and the carhop rushed out to give me my order. My order? A hot fudge sundae. It took them 11 mins to make it? Never again. This store needs some attention.

What hasn’t gone wrong? From putting a cold slice of cheese on a piece of meat that’s been sitting for who knows how long to ordering a float that’s taken up to 12 minutes to receive, only after setting inside a hot kitchen to let melt down to nothing more than sludge. It ceases to be apparent when the evidence is way more than clear that there is a serious lack in management at Sonic. Your people can ONLY be as good as the management. Since when did companies trust running their business by kids that can’t even wipe their noses? IF that isn’t the case then your management needs a refresher course in how to successfully run a profitable business. It doesn’t matter which Sonic I patronize, it’s ALWAYS something. I’m done with Sonic!

She said, "I don't have time for this"

Ordered 1 unsweetened tea on app at Lake St Louis, MO location. Lady brought me a sweet. I called in fir exchange. Brought me tea #2... also sweet. Called again & said, "maybe your teasing are mixed up". "Nope teas are fine, do you want more sweetner?" No, I want an unsweet tea". Brought me ice #3. I asked it she'd wait a minute, to make sure it's right. She said, " I don't have time for this" & tossed my other one in the bushes in front of me. Dude! I looked at my receipt, this isn't a me problem. Same person every time. Guessing she was alone? But I've done customer service & this was horrible customer service.

Rip off

Long wait ( understaffed), missing items and i live in a different zip code ; so there was no way i was driving all the way back to rectify the problem. Filed a complaint with customer service ( as advised by the locations manager) , was told they would make it up to me with 2 $5 gift cards added to my app account and have yet to see it. This is after spending over $30 plus a tip ( a tip, for missing sides, what a
joke)... Guess i wont be stopping there again when I'm passing thru their location... Was my first time ever at a Sonic ( East Maple, Canton Ohio) and i guess i should have just drove on by based in this experience. Never again .

I got to Sonic at least twice a week …

I got to Sonic at least twice a week and order the same thing every time. I go today at 11:27 ordered the 4 pcs mozzarella cheese sticks . A pretzel and a lg Dr Pepper. Check Number 52980 it was a Mobil order.
I left got half way to my appointment and reached in the bag and pulled out a corn dog 🫤 no mozzarella cheese sticks . Everything else was correct. Very first time this has happened. This was at 4332 Montgomery Hwy
Dothan , Al. Instead of going back I just ate the corn dog. It was good my sister and I got a laugh out of it. Not upset things happen

Slow service and consistently incorrect orders

I love the concept of Sonic and their drinks menu is unmatched, but the actual execution at my local branch has gone completely downhill. It’s supposed to be fast food, but I routinely end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the stall just for a couple of drinks and a side of tots.

To make matters worse, the order accuracy is incredibly hit-or-miss. More than half the time, if I ask for no tomatoes or request a specific sauce, it gets ignored. Last week, I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade and got a plain diet cola instead.

I’ve been eating Sonic for nearly 2…

I’ve been eating Sonic for nearly 2 decades & it’s really gone downhill. Employees lack professionalism or getting orders correct.

Today, I asked to try the tropical heat burger with a regular patty or get a sonic burger with the pineapple sauce on it & was told I couldn’t do either. Pretty absurd I have to take the new smash patties if I don’t like them. Something I love about Sonic is the seasonal stuff. Any other restaurant manager would make a sub happen for a customer. This was at the Wadsworth location in Westminster CO — I’ve had lots of issues with this location over the last 2 years causing me to come less & less

We waited over an hour

We waited over an hour. After 40 mins I pressed the button again, they said they gave our food to someone else and it would be another 15 mins. Waited 20, and didnt even get all of our food and some of the items were wrong. Somerset Ky Sonic has gone major downhill.

Employees seems there dont belong in working in Sonic. Seems the employee start taking the order she was really rude. She needs more customers service training. If she's not happy on working here she should look for another job.

SONIC APP BONUS POINTS A SCAM

sonic app was offering a bonus points of 300 every tiesday in May with ANY order... last week i had went 3 timea for a total of 900 bonus reward points.. had almost 2000 points.... mind you im at sonic at least 2 times EVERYSONGLE DAY... i drink alot lol... my kids and husband eat there at least 3 times per week and are a loyal drink customer as well... how ironic the app suppoaivly updated last wedneaday and crashed... had to reaet my entire app acct and they wouldnt give back tje points... THEN today tues 5/26 i have been there 2 times today and guess what .... NO BONUS POINTS TODAY ... they claim the app is bot working correctly and they cant add the bonus 600 points... hhhhmmmm 2 weeks in a row ... PLEAAAASSEEE sonic is a freaking joke and as a loyal customer and have been for past 2 yeaes.... inspwnd ALOT of monwy there and so does my family... we wont be going back.... they scam you on tje app to get you to come in and dont honor thwor promotions... sone with it

blast from Stone’s Corner…

We ordered a blast from Stone’s Corner Sonic that was not delivered. Called the manager and was told to come in any time to get it. We showed up and no one there knew anything about it. We were then told their machine was down but they would give us a $2 coupon. The blast costs $5.59. I called the store 30 minutes later and their machine was fine.

Kingston Springs Tennessee Sonic has…

Kingston Springs Tennessee Sonic has been terrible for a very long time. Today we decided to give them a try again for lunch. It was the best experience we’ve had at this Sonic in very long time. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent. I don’t know the name of the two people working. It was a young man and a young lady. All I can say is the girl has pink hair and facial piercings, and the boy has facial piercings. They do an excellent job!!!! sonic should keep them.
