I went to 6610 Montana 79925 location 5/11/2026 we got there at 4:44. I place an order online as well as used 2000 points when i got to the stal I called to let them know I placed an order online the worker named Alyssa came outside and said they didnt receive my order. I showed her on my phone my order plus my points that we deducted they brought me the Jr bacon cheeseburger I placed online but the 2 burgers that used my 2000 points didnt get to the store that's when the manger Naomi came outside and told my they are not responsible for the points and if they didn't receive my order they couldn't do anything for me. She told me to request a refund then she started walking away. I then told her I would like to place an order for 3 cheeseburger she waved back disregarding me and said okay. 15 minutes later I was still waiting. I pushed the call button at the stal telling them I was still waiting on my order. They told me to hold on, another 10 min later another young women came out and brought me my 2 burgers then charged me 12.75 then another burger with another recipet for 3.25. She then proceeded to apologize for the managers and her other Co workers attitudes towards me and my family I thanked her then left. We got there at 4:44 and didnt leave till 5:15 when I got home they gave me 3 Jr bacon cheese burgers instead of the 3 regular cheeseburgers its a horrible feeling thinking our food had been tampered with this will be the last time I go to this location waiting 30 min for fast food and for it not to be correct was very upsetting and very un professional. I called corporate and now have to wait for a response via email to see if they will even resolve my issue.

NOT as advertised!
I "treated" three of us to Sonic last weekend and I am SO DISAPPOINTED. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was NOTHING LIKE THEIR PHOTO! The photo shows the chicken extending beyond the bun on all sides when in fact the small, brown piece of meat looked like a tiny piece of shrimp with most of the bun showing behind it when I opened the sandwich.
The order panel could not finalize my purchase because their touch screen was not working.
The wait was excessive to bring a simply order to the car.
"Going to Sonic" was to be an experience. It was a bad one. I won't waste my time or money again at Sonic.

I arrived at Sonic today with my peers around 5:00pm. All my peers receive their order and paid for their food. My peers were even eating their food and I still had NOT placed my order for my food. I eventually, gave up waiting after , 15 minutes and went somewhere else to order my food.

drive in #4570, 2404 East Little Creek Rd, 23518. went through the drive through. had a bogo coupon for double cheeseburger. Ordered NO ONIONS, as I am allergic. says right on the ticket No Onions. got home, both burgers covered in onions. Too late to go back. Couldn't even feed to my dog with tomatoes and onions. called the store number, no answer of course. called the Owner listed on receipt, CHASTITY MURPHY, 757-587-1500, no answer, no voicemail available. called the customer service number, 866-ok-sonic, and was told to go back to the store for a refund or gift card , took my name and number and email, said someone would call me back. HAS NOT HAPPENED. Next day, went to the store, for that and Manager KAY told me he could not do that, would only do a replacement. I did not accept that as I figured they would spit on it or something (I've seen that movie) .I paid cash, so I requested a refund or gift card I could use at another store. He refused. I have called OWNER CHASTITY MURPHY at least 40 times, with no answer, no response.
Choose a different restaurant, unless you like waiting 30 minutes for ONE drink!
Terrible service. 30 minutes for a drink with a 10 year old boy trying his hardest to be patient. Called corporate to express my dismay. Was promised a call back. Given a "verification code" that my voice was heard. Almost a month now. NO RESPONSE. NO RESPECT. NO MORE CUSTOMER. SONIC is off my "to go to" places. Nice work corporate who care MOST about filling there corporate pockets then having a satisfied customer. In my humble opinion...soon your pockets will be empty because of your greed. Ciao.

Im in Arkansas. I have always loved eating at Sonic every now and again. But this trip wasn't very good. After waiting forever the car hop came out and told us our order was given to someone else. It is now 40 minutes til closing. They asked if we wanted to cancel the order or wait. Wasn't goin home to cook this late. So we wait. What happened to having gravy & texas toast with chicken tenders meals? Got home and all I had was 5 tenders that tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Hope this was just a one time thing. But no more chicken tender meals ( tenders only) that cost over $11 and not get the meal. Im not gonna say what town incase its just a one time deal. Or tired employee's. Happens again, I tell all!

Big Disconnect between Restaurant and Corporate
My family and I were out of town and went to Store# 2632 in Nortpoint, AL. We did an online order to be picked up. The carhop came out to advise they did not have any more fish sandwiche available and asked if I wanted a burger instead. Problem is I only eat fish. I immediately asked for a refund, since I don't eat beef or chicken. He advised since I placed my order through the app, I had to speak with them. I immediately went on the app requesting a refund, they connected me to chat via text. That representative advised that they cannot issue partial refunds and then asked if I wanted an offer for a free burger. Again, I don't eat beef. They said they would escalate it to the store to be further reviewed. I called Sonic corporate/customer service several times. Corporate/customer service would tell me that I had to speak with the store. The store would tell me that customer service would have to take care of it, since ordered on the app. Customer service escalated the issue approximately 3 times and would not get a response from the store. I finally caught the GM at the store and she put me through the same cycle. At some point, someone needed to take ownership of the issue and refund me for food that I did not receive. I have never had to fight so hard for a refund in my life. I took a month. And I am still not satisfied, nor was the issue really resolved. I accepted the $10 credit, which I did not want because I had to do something to recover my loss. I live in Kansas City, KS so requesting me to come back to the restaurant in Alabama was not an option. Just as Sonic took my money, they should be able to refund it. The restaurant should not have given me the option to order something that was not in stock or not available, the app should have been updated. I fought for a month for a refund for food that I did not receive. I am so not pleased. I will let my kids use the $10 credit and then never ever visit another Sonic, since no own can ensure you get the food that you paid for or compensated when it is not available. I went through the drive thru and order chicken tenders. I asked the cashier if I could park in a spot to eat? She said sure. My chicken was rock hard. I pressed the order butting explained and the manager apologized and cooked a fresh batch of tenders and brought it out to me himself with no issues . Outstanding! Thank you so much.
Lost a long time cusotmer
The only reason I came here several times a week was for the half off drinks when ordering in the app. That coupon wasn't there. I called support and they said it was replaced my a snack coupon. I don't want that. They made a ticket to have tech team possibly change it on my account. Until then I'm leaving this 1 star review. I literally pulled out the Sonic parking lot to go eat at McDonalds instead over this. They've lost a frequent customer over trying to be sneaky with the drink coupon. Also, the app doesn't work a lot of the time.

I took my family again today to sonic in Lakeland Florida at 5030 Dave Robbins Wy, Lakeland, FL 33812. We had 2 previous bad experiences and we went back for a third strike or charm. My wife ordered our food, so when I opened my 2 sausage egg breakfast wraps, one was sitting on a napkin inside the wrapping, the other one wasn’t. My red flag went up asking why is one wrap laying on napkins. My wife took it back to the manager and she said that’s not possible because they don’t have napkins in the kitchen area, so I said you guys have cameras and how do you replenish the napkins in the lobby, and she said I’ll just make another one for you. I said make it with bacon, so they don’t remove the napkins and serve me the same wrap, she saw me standing at the counter waiting for the remake on the wrap, so she said I’ll bring it to you when it’s ready, I replied saying I’ll wait at the counter. So she loudly whispered to the cook that I was watching him, long story short, now I have to wait a few days to see if I get food poisoning to sue them. When I went for a refill on my drink, the manager spilled the drink on the side, and went in the kitchen to get napkins to wipe up the mess. I was like, is she the dumb or not to bright, because napkins was in the kitchen that she fetched. This location has went downhill, they never clean the lobby, always dirty, and the workers are so rude and loud, and they refuse to take any bills over $20, and they don’t have apple or google pay. And they don’t have no signage to specify that to the customers. I now will drive to the neighboring town about 20 miles away to eat Sonic’s. This location has poor management and horrible employees.

I’m in Cypress, TX. When I got home, I discovered that I didn’t have Diet Coke. I had some other kind of drink maybe root beer I don’t know, but I threw it out. The french fries were too crispy. Possibly overdone, the flavor was not good. like maybe overused grease. The hamburger meat, just didn’t taste right. That’s the last time I’ll ever go to sonic. I’ll go across the street to Whataburger.

Don't waste your time coming here. The employees don't even want to be there and they do not care about your order majority of the time. Every time i go it's like i'm willingly choosing to have a stranger order my food because the odds are insanely high they actually give me someone else's order. Even if they manage to get the order right you then have to hope it's all there.

only give a refund on the same day the mistake was made." I told them they were a bunch of crooks and left!!! No wonder they have a one star rating.
