Ordered through the app

Ordered through the app, came to the window and checked in, the screen said delivering and the order never came. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called and they acted like it was already done and they had forgotten. I’m still waiting for the drinks, it has been about 45 minutes. What is the point of coming here and waiting for the same time it takes to go purchase a blender, ice cream, and the ingredients for the drink and just make it at home. I should get a refund in time and money. This was at the Altamonte location.

I had to go inside and ask again. They had never started the order, so I was waiting for literally no reason. I will be calling and asking for a refund. This is ridiculous.

went to the north Melbourne Sonic at 7…

went to the north Melbourne Sonic at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Drove in and parked pressed the red button, got a message stating they would be right with me. 12 minutes later the button went dork so i pressed it again, and got the same message, AND 10 MORE MINUTE WAIT. Then i got out of the car and walked to the menu board in the outdoor seating area and pressed THAT BUTTON, and got the same message. waited at least 5 more minutes to get someone who took my order. Now, to clarify, there were 4 cars in the drivethru and two cars parked so it wasnt empty, but by no means would i call it even remotely busy. I could see the staff inside and none of them were going above a snails pace except the lady who was stacking prepoured soft drinks up on the counter. Both drive and park cars left without their orders. One drive thru car left the line without their order. It was 58 minutes from the time I pulled in til I got my order (4 smashburger specials). If i had not had to pay at the time i put my order in, I would have left and gone to Longdoggers. very disappointed in the service , because the burger wasn't bad at all. I wont be going back.

APP is busted and support bot is terrible

I need yall to understand that yalls mobile app no longer works. Spent 30 minutes trying to sign in. I have opted to go to another fast food place because of this. When I tried to find an email to leave feed back, I was greet by your incompetent chat bot that is abysmal to work with. Fix yalls app.

Long wait and wrong order

We just had a 51 minute wait since we ordered. 1st thing received ordered double bacon cheese no onions or tomato only ketchup. Gave me regular way Luke warm burger cold fries and also no barbecue sauce for the chicken pieces .girl even took our burger back in drive thru to see if it was right. Gave it back and said yea were good . Worst experience ever in fast food. I'm hoping corporate reaches out or I will never go back

I had an order for $56.25 and the man lied to me and told me he gave me the wrong order and then ignored me for the longest time I finally gave up and left I'll never go there again rude inconsistent slow and overweight

Over prices junk food

Good afternoon, I would like to offer constructive criticism about Sonic pricing. My wife and I stopped in Bennett, CO, and order two sandwich combo's. First, I'm 74 years old, and remember McDonalds hamburgers at $.19 cents... I know, that was 30 years ago, and understand that pricing has increased. However, two combo's were $20.00, and the nerve to request a 'tip'. Gentlemen, here's a tip, King Soopers grocery store along with a McDonalds, Carls, Chester Chicken along with several 'mom n pop' restaurants share locations with your Bennett location. Now, I'll return to the sub quality meals. The fries ( portion control was the smallest cardboard container I've ever seen. The fries were hard, grease soggy and 'serial number' for the 10 or so count included. The chicken sandwich was a tuff as my tennis shoe soles. For the $20.00, King Soopers offers chicken strips, sides via their deli for 1/2 your cost. Good luck, were're never coming back. Please don't send coupons, not interested.

Ordered a smash burger and fry for the first time, left a bad taste in my mouth and whatever was going on in my stomach afterwards wasn't good at all. Won't be going to any fast food joint again after this ordeal.

I can see why they have a total 1.5 star review!! They never get anything right! When I say two orders of something that means that I want to orders or something not just one I'm going to go look at my receipt I'm pretty sure that I paid for 2 large tater tots. Now my kids are sharing one cause I don't wanna drive back clear across town!!!

I paid 16$ for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches...

The app wasn't working so I paid 16$ for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, med limeade, med cookie dough blast. Grilled cheese was good but the limeade was so sour and bitter, I couldn't drink it. Had 2 lime slices and one cherry. Really awful tasting. The cookie dough blast was nearly 8 bucks and was mostly vanilla ice cream, very few cookies dough bits and the Ice cream was grainy , had a funny taste.. Since I couldn't use the app I missed the deal prices I guess?. I basically paid 16 bucks for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. Terrible. Not recommending to anyone. I will be telling people to avoid it and go to Dairy Queen.. Camp Verde, AZ.

Poor knowledge making drinks

I always order a Rt 44 cherry limeade made with Sprite Zero, I don't want all the sugar but I do not like the Diet Cherry syrup , EVERYTIME there is very little cherry syrup and only one lime and it isn't even squeezed . It was served by the manager . This was at the Paola KS Sonic

Bad Service, Old-stale fries

On 02/05/26 Went to sonics 1842 Snow road parma, ohio drive thru, went home notice old dry fries, made a complaint to kevin (866) 657-6642 main office , he was no help and was rude, disrespectful. I would put the pictures of the old fries but unable to , when you're buying some food you expect it to be edible Never going to sonic again..

The sonic i grew up with

The sonic i grew up with. The burgers were always hot totts, onion rings, hot. The sonic in Southaven on church road sucks. Food is always cold just horrible. It’s sad that the people that work there just don’t care. Dixie Queen is where I go hot burgers and fries, totts always hot.

Horrible Customer Service

I've been a loyal Sonic customer who loves their drinks, but lately, I've noticed an increasing number of issues that are hard to overlook. While some problems are minor, others are much more serious—hence this review. The food often arrives burnt, dried out, soggy, greasy, or tasting like old deep fryer oil, which is unappetizing. On several occasions, my drinks have either tasted off or weren’t what I ordered; for example, ordering a Coke sometimes means getting just carbonation, or it ends up overly syrupy—not worth the price.
Customer service has also been disappointing, with no improvements despite repeated complaints.
Regarding the app: It used to allow Happy Hour pricing at any time on mobile orders, but now you need a reward code. The problem is, only one reward can be applied per order, and you can't combine offers. I’m not willing to make multiple transactions just to use rewards. The app itself often lags, glitches frequently, and sometimes erases your order after showing a technical error, forcing you to start over. What was once a convenient experience has become increasingly frustrating.
There’s another issue: if you change your email, you can’t update it in their system, nor will they do it for you. You’re required to create a new account with your new email, but since your phone number is tied to your old account, you can’t reuse it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me, “Create a new account when you get a second number because that isn’t our problem!” This approach to business is extremely poor.

The Sonic in my neighborhood has…

The Sonic in my neighborhood has important dramatically in the past year. The quality/service from employees has improved. Food quality has improved. Food times have improved but in all honesty still take a while, even when using the app. But in terms of fast food I feel Sonic has stepped up.

This is my third time coming to sonic…

This is my third time coming to sonic in Trussville al and had a terrible experience like having to sit there for 30 mins because the lady didn’t get my order correct. I ordered 2 drinks once and left with 4 got charged for 3 they were all wrong then left with a free one that was still wrong.When I got there I ordered but when I was ordering the lady cut me off and made me sit there for at least 15 mins without saying anything and then when I wasn’t done ordering she walked outside and made me come up to the window when I wasn’t done ordering sitting at the menu then got my order wrong twice then was rude and her vape slipped and fell and I don’t like that and we read that it is against policy to have a vape in the store but especially not in the kitchen. Thank you for your time . P.S not trying to be a Karen but just warning you!

Criticized Server: told never to return!

After a criticism of the server for ignoring me while talking to her friend, she told me, "never to come back"!!...
Honestly I was shocked. I tried to get the name of the server by asking the other server, but she refused to give it. How in the world will mgmt ever know what's really going on when staff cover for each other? Worst run fast food place I've ever seen.

Terrible experience in ordered a couple…

Terrible experience in ordered a couple of drinks in mid afternoon. Our drive-through lady was nasty and rude to us. Looked at us like what the hell are we doing here? She didn’t ask us if we needed any spoons or straws for our milkshakes zero personality and a bad attitude. We went there Tuesday, January 6 around 2:30 PM.
