Rough ride but not without a hope.
On 13/08/2025 I purchased Ford Focus Titanium attracted by the claim that the price is 1500 lower than the market average.
Well, the place is in middle of nowhere so Uber costs about £50 to come there from central London (£120 for Black cab). There is relaxed atmosphere of souq on place so sellers are friendly smiling to you and offer to do anything you want but gladly reap you off if feel slightest weakness from your side.
The car, presumably ready to be driven away, did not have boot cover inside so neighbouring car was stripped of it to replace missing mine.
Oil life indicator was not reset so car was complaining. They have reset it on request but now I am thinking if they did anything to it and if the oil was indeed replaced.
After driving car away, I have identified that the air conditioning unit is not working. I have returned back so they tried to fix it but were unsuccessful. It was end of the working day, so I had a choice to request money back or drive faulty car away. They promised to reimburse me the reasonable price of local repairs or come to my place and drive the car away if the price is not satisfactory.
Bearing in mind the difficulties in coming there, I exhibited a weakness and drive away, requesting repairs from my local Halfords shop. As one may expect now, the Halfords quote for repairs was too high for them, so I was requested to drive car back for them attempting to repair the car again. No memory of verbal promise to come and pick car up – I need to drive it back and bare all costs associated with this.
I still have the car, though thinking of returning it back as have no trust in the company at all. You should decide yourself if promised bargain worth the nerves and efforts spent to achieve it. And always take any promise of future help or future benefits from the company representative in written.
After writing review and complaining, I got money spent on fixing air conditioning reimbursed and apologetic call from the managment, claiming that all issues are from rough employee.
I feel almost vindicating thouth feel indeed like barganing at a souq. At least they are not hopless and care about their public profile. As the car is hopefully a bargain, hope things with them get better in a future.
Whoever picks up the call has no clue…
Whoever picks up the call has no clue about the car. We have a few routine questions and were ready to put down the deposit. The Adminitsrator said they would get back to me. In the meantime they sold the car to someone else even though I was very clear on the phone I am ready to make the payment now.
I get that mistakes happen but atleast a decent apology and not just excuses would be appreciated. Why do we now live in a place where decent customer service does not exist.

I purchased a Hyundai i10 exactly one year ago August 2024. Nice little car at a good price for the low milage, or so I thought. I know nothing about cars, it looked clean, tidy, the engine from what I could see looked clean. After a couple of months, I noticed in the join between panels at the back of the car some extra paint in the gap between panels and I thought, this has had a knock at some stage and was probably the reason the rear washer jet wasn't working. Ignore that I thought I will get that fixed. Then a month ago I noticed an oil leak and put it into my local garage, who on a quick look diagnosed a gasket seal had gone. When they started to take the engine apart, they notice that oil was coming from the head gasket. When they look the top of the engine off, it had had a head gasket before and whoever had done it had sheared off one of the main bolts and put some black sealing stuff around the bolt to keep it in place, the other bolts were only just screwed down enough to hold the top in place and there were some other nuts and bolts missing. To cut a long story, the engine in knackered and I am now waiting to get a replacement engine at a reasonable price. A economic car is turning out to be an expensive car, after only a years use. I don't know where this company got this car from, but they should investigate and do in depth checks before they sell to unsuspecting buyers like myself.

I put a deposit for car, waitted a long time a part to arrive. I was told the car is ready for collection , went there to be told the car is not fit for purpose instead showing me more expensive car. I have been ringing for weeks to get my deposit back still not refunded.
Utter Waste of Time
I reserved a car via AutoTrader and called the dealership on the morning of my visit to confirm everything was in place, as I had over a 2 hour journey ahead. I was told everything was ready and good to go.
When I arrived at the agreed time, I was told the car was at another location but would be brought over within 25 minutes. Not ideal, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After 25 minutes with no sign of the car, I was told a small part was missing - “nothing to worry about, it’s a five-minute job, the car will be here in 20 minutes.”
Another 25 minutes later, still no car. When I asked what was going on, I got vague and contradictory answers: “nothing major,” “not sure,” “it’ll just be a bit longer.” After another 20 minutes, someone told me, “The problem with Jeeps is the electrics - they’re tricky,” as if that explained everything!
In the end, I never even saw the car. Over an hour of waiting and being strung along with excuses. Completely unprofessional. I felt like I was being lied to from the moment I arrived. One staff member even claimed they were the third biggest car sales operation in the South of England… yeah right.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January 2025 — a Hyundai Tucson with Reg FV17UJS — I noticed the car began having issues pretty soon after purchase. It was drinking oil and coolant at an alarming rate, and I contacted the dealership immediately. I took it back in week 5, and 6 and although they topped up the oil twice in just two weeks, they claimed there was “nothing wrong” with it and insisted there were no faults with the car.
I had to drive to the dealership 1.5hrs away 2 times to get it diagnosed and fixed. Both times I was sat waiting around at reception much longer than I should have been. I also had a dash cam on the car and for long periods of time my car was left with no one checking or fixing it, whilst I waited. They also drove my car whilst on the phone, and spoke about issues with the steering which they were going to hide from me (all on dash cam) .They failed to fix any of the faults with the car. I said I want to return the car but I gave them a second chance when they offered a courtesy car, which turned out to be a tiny 3-door 1-litre car that was completely unfit for my work. It was uncomfortable, unstable on the road, and had a serious steering fault — the steering wheel had to be turned left just to drive straight. Completely unsafe.
Communication throughout was terrible. They kept my car for over 3 weeks and I had to constantly chase them for updates. They eventually stopped communicating all together, I eventually got back in contact with them, after sending a physical letter and threatening legal action. And they still failed to diagnose the issue after 3 weeks, saying they are still looking in to it. The only reason they finally agreed to a refund was after I formally rejected the vehicle and said I would take legal action. But they said it was out of ‘goodwill’ Even then, they refused to refund the warranty I purchased through them and deducted £1,000 from my refund — all while continuing to deny anything was wrong with the car. I had to go through Trading standards and I knew my rights.
To top it all off, they wasted my entire day on collection. They originally said that I had to return the courtesy car which I refused, eventually they agreed to come and pick it up. They said they’d come at 1pm, then changed to 3pm, and finally turned up around 5pm. They then only transferred £5,000, saying that’s all they could do at the time. and asking for the keys to the courtesy car, I refused to give them the car till I received all my money. I had to wait another hour to get the remaining money.
They claim to be offering “good customer service” but my experience was the opposite: poor communication, lack of accountability, and no transparency. I was left out of pocket from insurance, car tax, postage, and travel expenses because of their delays and dishonesty.
If you’re considering buying from them — don’t. And if you’re looking at vehicle FV17UJS, beware. This car had serious oil consumption issues that they refused to acknowledge, and they dismissed every concern I raised.

Bunch of Scams
This dealer deserves no star. I bought a car NISSAN QASHQAI 2020 from the dealer, I complained to them the same week they deliver the car that the car was juddering at junctions and whenever I tried to bring the car to a total stop. They asked me to bring the back in and I did. After they checked it, they said it’s because of the new break disc and break pad. Fast forward to couple months later, the car was diagnosed by NISSAN and the juddering was a result of gearbox. Now the dealer doesn’t want to take responsibility after they found out it’s gonna cost about £8000 to fix. Deal with this dealer at your own peril. Learn from my bad experience with this dealer
Worst company I've delt with
Delt with them back in 2023, bought a 2nd hand bmw with the disaster of a faulty chain that snapped within 10 days of purchase. Utterly horrendous to deal with, took 3 months to get the car back to still have on going problems due to poor quality workmanship. Missed target dates of completion to be fixed every week. No updates had to chase them down weekly. Car returned with 80% of my fuel used
Efficient and honest
We were impressed by the efficiency and honesty of the staff assisting us with a recent purchase. The vehicle was ready and prepared for test drive as arranged, fair discussion regarding any faults etc needing to be attended to and a good deal struck. Thanks to Abz and Ilyas for good communication ensuring vehicle was ready on time and sorting paperwork etc. Would recommend to others.

Everytime I rang I spoke to a different person who had no idea as to what had been arranged, Come the delivery date they did not turn up as arranged ! Paid £100 deposit guaranteed refund and 3 weeks later and 2 reminders nothing has arrived back in the account . Utter shambles

I bought a car from Sonny Adams, while within 90day warranty, the car broke down and for 2 weeks they could not rectify the problem, l requested a courtesy car which l was told to pay my own insurance for it, Poor communication, These guys they need to up their game. This is 21st Century guys, you need a better customer service

Stay away from this company
This has been a complete waste of time.
After being told to wait a week and paying extra to rent a vehicle, we were informed on the scheduled day that the car had an engine noise, despite confirming the car’s readiness the previous day.
We were made to wait 45 minutes for the car to be cleaned, only to be told the noise occurs at 70 mph, which was clearly audible from the start.
This entire experience has been a waste of time and money.
A complete mess, no one knows what is going on, shifting blame from one to the other. Lies and more lies.
I strongly advise avoiding this company.
