I ordered from here two weeks ago and I got my sweater yesterday. It looked and felt like it was made out of cheap material and string was coming out of it. And not mention it didn’t look like what the pictures were showing online. Im gonna order it one more time to see if I get what I paid for.

Dont Waste your money

First, I did not receive an order number and had to email customers service with several different screenshots (bank payment, screenshots of items ordered) in order to get an order update. Clothes are coming directly from China, which is fine however they run small, I still have to return the clothes that was bought however due to their horrible return policy, I don't want to deal with them and will just donate the clothes $60.00 wasted. Don't waste your money.

Horrible experience !!!

I ordered some sweat pants the same size I currently wear !! When I received them they felt 2 sizes to small !!! When I returned them they gave me the hardest time and I still haven’t resolved my refund situation yet ! I returned them 3 weeks ago they barely got back to me yesterday asking for proof
I showed them the proof and I guess I have to wait another 3 weeks for a reply

Really bad quality …

Out of the 10 items I ordered only 1 item was actually decent quality. For one of the sweaters it took over 2 months to receive and it ended up not being the same sweater I orderd, they wanted to charge me to correct the issue, offering if I pay for shipping and after their inspection I could get a refund. The denim I orderd were horrible quality, might as well bought them off Temu because for reference that would be the quality. Tbh i didn't realize it was a China based store until after I purchased otherwise I would not have ordered.

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here! Ordered two sweaters and what we received was completely different than what we ordered. Online the sweater appeared as a thick cotton with a boxy design, what we received was a polyester super shiny long skinny design. One wash and the sweater would be garbage. The quality is worse than SHEIN. The return was back and forth offering a 20% coupon or gift card for something else. I don't want anything else, what you receive is not what appears on the website.
To get a return we have to pay shipping back to China and if everything is not the way they determine including all packaging should be returned, no refund.
Garbage product and garbage customer service.

Kauft dort nicht!

Kauft dort nicht! Der von uns bestellte Hoodie ist nicht nur von schlechter Qualität, sondern ist so übergroß, dass man ihn eher als Kleid tragen kann. Eine Rückabwicklung findet faktisch nicht statt. Man bekommt lediglich einen zehn Dollar Gutschein um noch mal auf der Seite zu kaufen und wenn man den ablehnt bekommt man 20 $ als Gutschrift für den nächsten Einkauf. Eine Rückabwicklung findet einfach nicht statt Mails gehen als unzustellbar zurück. Wir haben teures Geld für ganz schlechte Leistung bezahlt.

Helpful and sincere

Shipping did take a brief period, however, I ordered around christmas, and it was set to arrive on new year’s day.

I entered my address incorrectly, to which I reached out to customer service via email and the team was very respsonsive and professional. Even though the mixup was my fault, they were understanding and informative when address my issues. I look forward to the amazing hoodie!

1-Star Review — Horrible Experience, Buyer Beware

My experience with Sopula has been absolutely terrible.

I placed two separate orders on December 19th for my grandson’s Christmas gifts and, to this day, I have still not received my merchandise.

After nearly a week of seeing my order stuck in “processing,” I reached out requesting a confirmation number. That’s when I knew something was off. Days later, I finally received an email response claiming the items were in “production” and needed extra time because they were “specially made.” That explanation felt dishonest and unprofessional.

I replied again requesting a confirmation number and expressed my concerns about their lack of communication and professionalism. No response.

Eventually, after weeks of being ignored, I informed them I would report the company to the BBB if they didn’t respond within 24 hours. Only then did I receive another email asking me to “please be patient,” which was unacceptable given how long this had already dragged on.

At this point, I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank, provided my receipts, and my case is being processed. I no longer intend to contact this company.

Based on my experience, I genuinely believe this company operates in a deceptive manner. You will likely not receive your order. Please be cautious before purchasing.
