This is a SCAM. I purchased a policy on 6/9/26 only to cancel it later that same day. I paid them $300 to start the policy and when I received my cancellation notice, it said I would received my refund in 10-15 days. That time has passed and they have not refunded my money and now they won't answer my calls. STAY AWAY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I would rate a negative star if I could.

I signed up for the coverage and paid half of the premium but then determined that my EV was not going to be adequately covered so I cancelled. Refund was made in 48 hours.

The customer service/rep was excellent but I due think you could offer A/C and high tech options on higher mileage vehicles and actually offering the seals and gaskets as an option would be nice.

Never answer emails or phone calls. Reporting SOS Auto Protect as fraud to Visa for not refunding my $2000 premium for the warranty policy I cancelled within 2 days of purchase.
