Extremely happy with this product

Never received my product reached out twice nobody got back to me.

The lip tint is very good but the gloss is not great, prefer to use my own lip balm over it. Packaging always disappoints me from sosucosmetics.

Everything was fine and the transport was so quick. The lashes have top quality.

Ordered on line on the 16th delivery was received on the 17th …. Amazing

I ordered 2 dripping gold gradual tan dark. The money for products was deducted from my account 29/9/‘25. I have only received one product to date. I emailed stating still waiting on second product. No response. Frustrating.

Packaging is all ripped on the brushes I bought and they’re a Christmas gift

Received a faulty tan that destroyed my clothes and suitcase. Customer service refused to take any responsibility, I am now out a lot of money because of the cost of replacing everything the faulty can destroyed.

I like the product's and price is good, delivery time great also.

Wrong product delivered and then told I need to pay for return. Very poor customer service. Disappointed as I love the product but very poor service.

I’ve been using so sume products a long time now the products are beautiful , the tan actually does what it says on the tin , love love love the applicator too x

So sue me new tan advertised as it doesn't transfer that's so untrue , I had it on put a brand new white waist coat top on and tan got all over it had to change before I went out to dinner . Tried washing my top three times now it won't come out . The bottle it's self I faulty have half a bottle left and it won't come out. So disappointing.

Website, speed and quality of product.

I am a regular customer and always buy new products thanks to the very good social media advertising and pricing. I was very excited to try the new Air Glow Tan. Sadly very disappointed. Did not apply very well. Patchy in places. Never had this problem with the other TAN products eg. Dripping Gold serum or mousse for example. Bahama tan is better only that the bahama tan mousse goes very light in colour after you've used about half the bottle the mousse fades in colour and goes very light.
