The system arrived in perfect condition and looks and sounds amazing! James was a pleasure to deal with and super helpful and answered all my questions & helping the set up.

I purchased an item. After two weeks of silence, I wanted to find out the delivery time. There was no response to my enquiry. After a month, I asked once more. Again, the company did not react at all. What kind of business practice is this? Fortunately, I had paid by credit card, so I was able to arrange a chargeback.

I was slightly reluctant to handover my B&O equipment to Sound Affair without payment. However I need not have worried. Despite the geographical distance between us James was superb throughout. Had some old B&O speakers and HiFi system. The whole process was simple - all I needed to do was to email pictures of the items and I was given a quote which was honoured upon collection. James was super informative and friendly and did not try to renegotiate the price when he came to collect the goods. The whole sale was completed within a week of initial contact.
