Polite and efficient, would highly recommend

We had a BeoSound 3000 that needed a laser. We were looking for a solution for it when we found Sound-Affair.
James has been brilliant - we purchased a BeoSound 3200 which looks like new, for a fair price.
We then used the packaging to courier the old one to Sound-Affair and received payment the day they received our bank details.
Couldn't have been easier!

I was looking to purchase pre-owned B&O system, I found Sound Affair has my wanted system and in good condition on their webpage. I placed an order for 2 times, one for a Beolab 8000, and the other one is Beosound 9000 with floor stand which are my dream set. At the beginning, I am very hesitating because I have less confidence with online purchase especially such expensive products for me. James responded quickly for my enquiries every time and I confirmed the deals. I received the first shipment for BeoLab 8000 but unfortunately the packaging was damage during the transport in spite of the packaging looks good but I understood the speakers are very heavy. Some cables were lost and don’t know why the speakers base were returned. I spoke to James about that, he replied to me very fast and promised to resend them to me after receipt of return. Finally, I received the base on the next week. The second shipment of BeoSound 9000 with floor stand just come yesterday, the packages were in very well condition and the packaging are fantastic. I simply set up the system, it works perfectly, and the sound is amazing. The condition of the system is good as mentioned in the website, no hidden defects. In generally, I have a pleasant purchasing experience with James this time and sure I will be returning again for any future needs and upgrades for my B&O system in future. I would strongly recommend Sound Affair to anyone looking for quality, pre-owned B&O Products.

I looked at multiple buyers before settling on Sound-Affair to purchase my much loved but no longer needed B&O equipment and made the right choice. A Beosound 3200 CD player & a pair of Beolab 6000 speakers ( both preowned & immaculate ) .......crystal clear , stunning sound !
Like having cataracts removed from your ears ..I'm now hearing my entire CD collection , effectively , for the first time ...... as a recording artist would want their music to be heard , I'm sure. Knocks Bose into a cocked hat .

I can’t recommend Sound Affair enough. We had a pair of Beolab speakers we were looking to sell on and found Sound Affair online. James was so efficient and the whole service was outstanding, replied to all emails quickly and arranged a date and time to collect the speakers within a couple of weeks of first getting in touch. Payment was transferred on the door step and received straight away. Brilliant service and would use again in the future!

Ordered a pair of BeoLab 6002 from Sound-Affair. They are ideal for my system and come with a one year warranty. As I am in New Zealand I was also impressed with the packaging and shipping process which took just over 2 weeks. Can definately recommend.
