Thanks Jose for your review, we are sorry to hear you are not totally satisfied with the purchase.
Understandably image size on apparel is dependent to garment size. I have investigated on your order, I can confirm we did print all your T-Shirts to the maximum print area for size S tees. We usually print on the chest avoiding to stretch the image to the underarms/lateral area for better looks when worn.

If you would like to have your images printed bigger on your next orders, please let us know leaving a Order Note upon purchase, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you at this time.

First and foremost, please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience with the order #SN-1901836. The delay in dispatching the order has been caused by customs procedures which are required on orders heading to Australia. We are very sorry and puzzled at the same time to learn that you have been trying to get in touch with our Customer Service team via email as no emails have been received from the email address linked to the aforementioned order. We will have our IT dept investigate on the issue. Please rest assured our Customer Service Manager will be in touch with you shortly to let you know when the parcel is expected to be delivered at you address. Customer states the parcel has never been delivered by the local postal system Ukrposhta. Unfortunately SpaceNeil Customer Service team had a hard time being in touch with the customer as only a few of our emails got answered. SpaceNeil run an investigation finding out last known parcel status was "in transit within destination country" (parcel managed by Ukrposhta). Despite the order was placed choosing an untracked and uninsured shipping method at Checkout, SpaceNeil has decided to issue a full refund in order to resolve the issue and make the customer happier. We would like to point out that although we strive do our best to provide an excellent customer experience, customers agree and accept the Terms & Conditions Of Sale document by checking a specific checkbox upon purchase. SpaceNeil T&C of Sale clearly states that "For territories and shipping methods where parcel tracking services are not available, SpaceNeil cannot be held responsible for non delivery, late delivery and/or damaged orders in any case". Ultimately we are very sorry that Mikhail did not receive its purchase, but unfortunately parcels shipped via untracked methods are out of our control once they are collected from SpaceNeil warehouse.

Also, as you can clearly see on our website, please be aware that International Super Saver, chosen by you at Checkout, does not have tracking capabilities. This is stated on Shipping and Delivery page in a clear manner as well as on Cart and Checkout pages. We do offer tracked and insured alternative shipping options. Additionally, expected transit times to your address are indicated as 10-15 working day, approximately. Considering the order was shipped on May, 14th "on-time" delivery was expected between May, 28th and June, 4th. Since times are estimated and not certain, delays may happen and are out of our control. Despite we understand your frustration, we would have appreciated if you had reached our Customer Service team to check on the order status before placing a 1-star review here on Trustpilot.

What matter the most though is ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possibile. We kindly invite you to get in touch with us in order to furtherly investigate on the issue. Our Customer Service Manager will be at your service for any questions you may have.
