Eerste bestelling - een pakhuis probleem super opgelost!
Eerste bestelling, net voor kerst, dus ik was een beetje zenuwachtig of het op tijd zou komen. Daarom eerst met de shop gebeld, en Sander bevestigde dat het zou lukken. Een dag later helaas nog geen track en trace. Na een email supersnelle reactie gekregen: er was iets misgegaan in het pakhuis. Daarom stelde Sander voor om zelf van het hoofdkantoor naar mijn huis te komen rijden en een vervangend pakket te brengen. Wat een service! Ook nog een extraatje erbij gekregen, én het originele pakket komt nog met de post en mag ik ook houden. Echt dubbel en dwars tevreden, super opgelost!
