Could not fault there service .collected my car from insident within an hour of it happening curtesy car arrived next morning .very satisfactory service .

Spectra have been efficient in collecting my damaged car and providing a courtesy car, changing it when it was a tad too sporty!

I was involved in a no fault accident and Kieran went through the process of having the car collected, organising the claim and providing alternative transport quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly helpful and friendly which made what could have been a tricky process easy.

My insurance company instructed spectra drive to deal with my case and the next day a car was delivered straight from Stockport to my front door in Coatbridge Scotland. The whole experience started off really well but went very slow I could have been kept more informed which would have saved me so many phone calls the only time I felt confident was when Tom Martin contacted me by email. Waiting for my interim payment took the accounts department far to long to do a simple BACS transfer.on the good side after an email from Tom Martin the final payment was made within the week

i if accident in 2022 i was not in fault .someone say go to spectra , sent me car audi Q7 ,i fi Volvo xc90 i think lots differ, women drive on my car on street parking , was in fault her insurane Liverpool victora will not pay car hire , now spectra coming to me for pay £8300, i last my car last my house and now i need pay this , i think women need pay this not me
