I spoke to Emily today and she was extremely helpful and amazing. She chased up my claim and pushed through with the garage to get my claim sorted with my car and I honestly couldn't fault her!

Excellent service from Lois…
I got some warranty work put through for my car which has been very problematic in such a short period of ownership. Lois your advisor was excellent, very knowledgable, provided great customer service and went above and beyond for myself.
I think Lois should be recognised for her hard work, she made a stressful situation less stressful.

Excellent service
I have contacted spectrum several times regarding my warranty and they have always be extremely helpful and efficient. When I have had garages let me down being unresponsive and unreliable Spectrum have been supportive in expediting my issue.

I got my car from Cargiant and I had a…
I got my car from Cargiant and I had a problem with my A/C from day one. I called Cargiant and of course Spectrum Insurance as well. Luckily, I got my warranty which I paid extra at the beginning.
Spectrum Insurance just listened my query and helped me immediately.
Thanks to Linzi and Jack Thompson, they both helped me to sort my issue.

Emily at Spectrum is simply amazing!
When our claim initially started it was tricky as we kept speaking to different advisors every time we called which meant having to repeat the details over and over again.
However, at a point we got allocated Emily Caddy as our advisor and I can only say, a massive thank you to Emily who has been nothing but amazing. Emily went out of her way to try to resolve the matter as quickly as possibly considering we had no vehicle, two small kids, holiday plans cancelled etc. a stress which Emily really tried to ease for us within her remit! Emily would contact us daily to ask for updates or provide updates between us and the garage. Thank you Emily, they are lucky to have you at Spectrum! You have been amazing!

Lois at Spectrum has provided a great…
Lois at Spectrum has provided a great amount of support throughout what has been a very stressful process. While the delays weren’t Spectrum’s fault, diagnosing the issue took almost seven weeks, and Lois was extremely helpful from start to finish.
She kept us regularly updated, always communicated clearly, and acted as the main point of contact with the garage, taking care of all the chasing on our behalf, which removed a huge amount of stress. Knowing she was handling everything and keeping us informed made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. She always called to provide updates, rather than us having to phone, sit in a queue, and chase for information ourselves.
We appreciate everything she did to minimise the financial impact on us and the effort she put into achieving the best possible outcome.

The warranty is a joke
The warranty is a joke. They will never cover anything for you.
Please save yourself from disappointment.
I paid almost 2k for the warranty and did not make any claim in two years. In my third year, I made my first claim, and I was told that the parts of my car are at the end of their life. I felt scammed, so don't let them scam you.

Following a review, the repairer confirmed that the components had excessive play and noise consistent with them reaching the end of their working life. The warranty covers sudden and unforeseen mechanical breakdowns and is not intended to cover parts that have gradually worn over time. We appreciate this was not the outcome you hoped for, but the decision was made in line with the diagnostic evidence and the terms of the warranty.
