I contacted SP sales with an issue in relation to a the dates on Defib pads. Jasmine got back to me very quickly and dealt with the problem and replaced them. Great service.

The response from the representative was precise regarding a faulty item that was delivered. I was told to return the item after which the following correspondence ensued.
The communication involved the following
1. The time the return was received
2. The process initiated by the company's quality control.
3. The date of posting of the replacement item. The service was fantastic.
