Used Srsly for a long time & always been great but recently their delivery is taking a lot longer then it should & im not been told. Hope it improves back to 100% which it was.

The bread is delicious and the Customer Service is Fab!
The bread and hot dog rolls are delicious and I’m now investigating the pizzas 😂
What I also want to mention is their customer service! I was fortunate enough to be communicating with Sarah, she’s fab. She was quick to respond to my message, and was able to answer my questions. She even followed up with me to make sure that I was able to get everything I needed. I would definitely recommend these products they have really been a great help on my low carb journey. The products freeze beautifully and they arrive well packaged with great delivery. The customer service stands out above the others. Larger companies could learn a lot from them. Disappointing and unhelpful service
I changed the date of a subscription order to receive it a week earlier. All confirmed and received. I then had an unwanted duplicate order with no notice so no opportunity to flag. I was charged and the order arrived at 7.25pm having spent the day in a sweltering van (it was still 33°)
The product is meant to be kept chilled or frozen on delivery but was boiling hot so spoiled. Customer service took no responsibility and is now ignoring emails. Product normally good. Auto email Comms variable, delivery often poor with delays. Limited products available elsewhere but will no longer use

I did at first give 1 star due to the delivery being so late, this company reached out to me and promised future orders will be with Royal Mail and not bloody awful Evri, they also refunded my order and have given me a discount for my next order.....thank you, fantastic customer service 😁

I would have given the review 5 stars as I think the bread, rolls and pizza bases are tasty and satisfying. You don’t feel deprived and can have “normal” sandwich or snack, but I found the website not easy to navigate

Amazing
Amazing ! I am a monthly subscriber and as a Type 2 diabetic I would find it impossible to control my glucose without the Seriously Low Carb company. All products are wonderful, I air fry half a cut up wrap until crispy and it is just like a Dorito, especially when dipped in cream cheese ! Long may you keep thriving !

Excellent products and customer service. I am a regular customer and couldn't manage my required dietary requirements without this company. Occasionally when things go wrong they do their utmost to put things right and I have always found customer services to be polite and helpful. If I had a gripe it would be to ditch Evri!
