Steamery est une marque d'entretien de vêtements scandinave qui a l’ambition de moderniser la façon dont nous traitons nos vêtements. Nous concevons des produits innovants destinés à l'entretien des vêtements. Ces derniers allient un design minimaliste à de grandes performances et à des fonctionnalités remarquables. Notre mission est d'inciter tout un chacun à mieux prendre soin de ses vêtements pour les conserver plus longtemps. À grande échelle, nous visons à ralentir les processus non responsables et à inspirer un mode de vie qui promeut la "slow fashion", une mode durable.

L'entreprise a été fondée en 2014 et compte aujourd'hui des revendeurs dans le monde entier. Nous sommes une équipe d'entrepreneurs, de designers et d'ingénieurs textiles motivés par la volonté de remoderniser l’entretien des vêtements. Notre gamme de produits comprend des défroisseurs, des rasoirs, des détergents pour le linge et des accessoires qui contribuent à prolonger la durée de vie de votre garde-robe.

Nous aimons à penser que l'on ne possède jamais vraiment un vêtement. Nous préférons l'idée d’en prendre soin jusqu'à ce qu’il trouve un prochain propriétaire. Chez Steamery, nous voulons éduquer et inspirer les personnes à prendre soin de leurs vêtements de manière responsable et à considérer leurs vêtements comme des compagnons de vie et des investissements utiles qui peuvent être utilisés sur plusieurs générations, plutôt que de les voir comme des articles à usage presque unique.

Service après vente inopérant

J'ai acheté un rasoir Pilo 2 le 20 janvier 2026 et il a cessé de fonctionner après 2 mois d'utilisation. Après avoir envoyé un mail au service après vente, je n'ai aucune nouvelle et cela depuis plus de 10 jours... Je suis vraiment déçue.

Rasoir anti bouloches. Tout à fait inefficace sur les lainages un peu épais sans parler des pulls irlandais mérinos ou autres du même acabit.
Achat onéreux pour pas grand résultat. Ne convient qu'à toutes petites bouloches. Présentation du produit insuffisamment renseignée sur les épaisseurs de laine compatibles.

Très satisfaite

Pour le moment, je suis plutôt satisfaite. Je viens de réceptionner mon colis, il correspond tout à fait à ma commande. Je ne l’ai pas encore essayé, donc je ne peux pas me prononcer sur son efficacité.
En revanche, j’ai déjà utilisé d’autres produits de la marque, et ils s’étaient révélés très performants.

Lie in communication, increase the price !!

I ordered for a pilo 2 at 45€.
A few days later, I received a mail that informed me they are definitively out of stock and that they will refund me, what they did. But…when I go to their web site, I can order exactly the same for 65€ !!
So they are not out of stock, they just changed the price. It’s a lie that they are out of stock !!!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am very sorry what happened to your order and that the Pilo 2 sand Archive product went out of stock. It is true that the Archive item is out of stock, but the regular Pilo 2 (non-archive) are available. The Archive collection is sold at a reduced price, a Pilo 2 for instance cost 45€. This is because it's the Archive/outlet collection and those product are previous collections and returned clothing care products at a reduced price. Then, the "normal" products, for instance Pilo 2, we have stock and those are sold at 65€. That's why you can still buy the Pilo 2 for 65€ (regular), but unfortunately not the Pilo 2 (archive) for 45€. Very sorry about the confusion and the stock situation.
