Unreliable delivery and NO CONTACT OPTIONS but issue resolved

(UPDATE) - Sticky Golf has addressed the issue from their end. Resent out a new product. Happy to have things move along. Response rate could be better but over a busy period like Christmas/new years some leeway has to be given and customer service since that hiccup has been a relief. Still no response from the couriers - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COURIERSPLEASE. Thank you Sticky golf for the resolution.

(Original Review) Ordered 15th December and still has not arrive (9/1/2025). Courier was unreliable - Reports 3 attempted but I was home for 2 of these "Attempts". Last update on shipping was "Delivery requires more information" on the 23rd December. I have tried to contact the Courier (Couriersplease) and Stickygolfpro multiple times with no response from either and at this stage no resolution in site.

Items didn't arrive on time, paid express

Bought 2 Stickygolf sets and a club. Paid express so I would receive before Christmas as the website advised.

The mat and balls arrived before Christmas but the club did not. There was NO mention of this being out of stock on their website when I bought this. They sent me an email to advise that it was out of stock in Australia and that it would be sent from the international warehouse.

"Thank you for your recent order! We wanted to update you regarding the Wedge Club included in your purchase. To ensure it arrives on time, we’ve arranged for the Wedge Club to be shipped from our overseas fulfillment center.

The rest of your items will be shipped as usual via express post. We’ve taken this additional step to prioritize timely delivery and appreciate your patience during this process"

To me that implied it would arrive before Christmas like I paid for. If I had known it would be January 7th before I would see this I would have cancelled and bought one somewhere else. This set is absolutely useless without the club! I had to give the set to someone for Christmas without the club, so it couldn't even be used.

I have sent several emails regarding a refund on the postage. They reply saying the item is on it's way. No acknowledgment of refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered on 25th November as a Christmas present & it STILL has not arrived!! I have contacted their customer care team many many times & the best they can do is 'we'll check with logistics for you'. First delivery was returned to sender, second has had no update since 13th December?? Absolutely ridiculous!! Trying to organise a refund is another mission in itself.

**Edit: This response is absolutely bollocks. Yes the logistics has been updated on the 9th January with 'on board for delivery' yet tell me why it has not been updated since?? It does not take 5 days for delivery from the Sydney Depot to Sydney Metropolitan area. There have been NO delivery attempts & if there had been, considering it is being delivered to a business, it would have been successful. I am yet to receive any communication from your customer care team & will be contacting the ACCC as necessary if a refund is not provided within the next 5 business days.

I've contacted them to arrange a return but I've received no response - either by email or by completing their online contact form. The company is a shambles!

Don't waste your money. Scam!

Ordered 6th of Dec for a Christmas present... This has yet to arrive (they said 8-12 business days delivery). They send generic "sorry it's a busy period" responses. Also will delete any negative comments on their ads.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - once money was received, poor communication, delivery times and responses regarding product concerns, escalations.

Gave ample time and communication for support but sadly all comments dismissed and not even addressed.

Complete rip off

Complete rip off. Very cheaply made, not worth 10% of purchase price, not even in a box. I requested a return - refused and they’ve offered me 15% refund. I feel robbed.

Poor experience

Bought it on the 7th December for a Christmas present. Have not heard anything since. Assuming I have lost my money. Addendum - parcel arrived (Dec 30th). It missed the Christmas window but at least it arrived.

Scam - have never received this item

I ordered this item on the 19nov 24 and it is now xmas eve at 11pm and i still have not received it- this was a present for my son and now he will not have it! I emailed them on the 15/12/24 to advise them that i hadnt received my package as yet so they had time to try to rectify. They have done nothing. I asked them to send me another so i could have in time for xmas and then i would return the original one when i got it- they wouldnt. I asked then to refund my money so i could but my child something else- they won’t …i have sent so many messages and emails and they continually say they are investigating with their courier service but i havent heard anything.
I think this business is a scam and i am not going to get my product nor get my money back.. i feel i have been totally scammed by this business! They have my money and i dont have the present for my son for xmas!!
So incredibly sad and frustrated and am dreading xmas morning and what i am going to tell my son.
Please beware as dont wont this experience to happen to anyone else.
Foot note- 3.1.25 i got a refund.

Awful.

Ordered this product, as it looked fun, based on an Instagram advert. After 3 weeks of it showing as in transit - I chased them. The order was constantly delayed. I had no reply from any of my emails or Instagram messages. When it finally arrived, the golf club was incomplete (needless to say the quality was awful!) the packaging was damaged and I dread to think what quality the product is. This is a joke of a company. Awful product. Awful customer service. And any comment you make on their Instagram warning others of the shocking service gets deleted.

Read before you buy

Starting to slowly understand, google reviews for ANYTHING prior to purchase. I ordered this item on the 5th December for my husband for Xmas.. it’s been stuck somewhere since the 18th Dec. Received one email response to be patient.
I can already tell from other reviews it will be a waste of money. Disappointing
