Great work , could not be happier

Everything was exactly how we wanted.

I purchased the Durrant Black for my birthday a little over a year ago and it has held up pretty well. I’ve received compliments on it from true watch enthusiasts which is pretty cool. I did get the metal bracelet and it definitely added class to it. The only thing that i don't like about it is how the black has worn out from wear. Which I really hate to switch to the silicone band given how nice it looks.

Giving 2 stars only because the customer service is fine. The watch itself does not live up to what’s it’s advertised as. If you’re someone who wants a watch as a tool to wear, this is not it. I bought the Durrant and within a couple months, I’ve had 2 issues with the timing and a spring bar that broke. They advertise videos of tanks running the watch over and Jay Cal using it, but I’m scared to use it on a daily basis. When I contacted them the second time about the timing, they eluded to the point that the watch was correct when it left them so it looks to me like I’d be paying to have the watch fixed again. Your $600 watch will turn into a $1000 watch that’s unreliable in no time. I’ve had just about every major brand watch and this is by far the most unreliable watch I have ever owned. Spend the same money on a Sangin that you won’t have issues with.

Decided to buy a new watch and this company was advertising on Facebook,it looked a good deal for the product you where getting so ordered. Buying process was simple and communication of delivery was good. When I received my delivery the packaging of the watch and other products I had ordered was amazing. Watch within a bespoke box which was inside a velvet bag. Having worn the watch for a few weeks now it feels well made and seems to be reliable.

I hate this company! Just when I think I have enough watches, they launch another one that I simply must have. Just bought the Chimaera x Durrant, which is my third watch from them. High quality, beautifully packaged, great communication and supporting veterans. Probably won't be my last purchase from them.
