I've just sold my 3 bedroom house in manor park with Stonebridge. They were one of the top estate agent for E12 area as recommend by Get Agent. I'm so glad to have chosen them to sell my house. They offered the best fees out of other agents I considered. Their valuation of the property was very realistic which result in many asking price offers. The sales lead for my property was Fahim. A very attentive, polite and professional guy. He did an excellent job in vetting the potential buyers and provide the best options to me. First of all, a sincere apology for how late this review is. It’s incredibly overdue, but after everything Stonebridge London did for us during our move from London to Manchester, I wanted to take the time to properly acknowledge the team.

Moving house is stressful enough, but being part of a long and complicated chain can make it feel almost impossible at times. There were several moments during our process where it genuinely felt like the entire chain might fall apart. The reason it didn’t is largely down to the relentless effort and dedication from the team at Stonebridge London.

Samim, in particular, was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such complete ownership of a situation and refuses to let things stall. When communication slowed between parties in the chain, Samim was already chasing it. When things started to look uncertain, she stepped in, pushed things forward, and kept everyone aligned. Her persistence, professionalism, and genuine care made an enormous difference. At times it honestly felt like she was the driving force holding the entire chain together when things could easily have fallen apart.

What stood out most was how proactive she was. Samim wasn’t just waiting for updates — she was actively calling other estate agents, chasing conveyancers, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. That level of involvement and accountability is something you rarely see, and it gave us huge confidence during what could have been an incredibly stressful process.

Shaz was also fantastic — always helpful, reassuring, and ready to step in when needed. He brought a calm and supportive presence whenever things felt tense, which made a real difference during the more uncertain stages.

Mittul and Faheem were both great as well, helping coordinate things behind the scenes and ensuring the process kept progressing. The teamwork across the office was obvious, and it really showed in how much effort everyone put into keeping things moving despite the complexity of the chain.

In the end, thanks to their persistence and hard work — and especially Samim’s relentless drive to keep things moving — the entire chain held together and we were able to successfully complete our move from London to Manchester.

Initially was impressed with the enthusiasm to sell our property and the promises of a team that is small but motivated so listed to sell with Stonebridge. Was guided by the agent on price which seemed a fair asking price. However, once we signed the contract the communication and professional service pretty much stopped.

There was confusion about having our property photos taken resulting in us taking time off work to have the photos done on the date agreed on the phone, but then to be told on the day that they were too busy (via a message with a laughing face emoji) after I contacted them to ask where they were. This should have been a clear red flag to me.

We were listed for 12 weeks and had no viewings during this time. I received 2 calls during those 12 weeks but no feedback could be given about why we had no viewings. When I suggested we consider dropping the price on the 2nd phone call, the agent asked for 10 mins to consider the price drop before calling me back, but the return phone call never happened.
Excuses such as people in the office being away for various reasons, or 'not wanting to bother me' were given to explain why they had been too busy to call during the 12 weeks.

I was so disappointed after listing with Stonebridge on a promise of a more personal service with clear communication, and an initial enthusiasm to sell our property. A wasted few months.

The team at Ashtree Park, Barnard Castle have been amazing from start to finish. They have been so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home straight away with the most fabulous of welcome packages. We had a few snagging issues (but all minor) and the team couldn’t be any more helpful and kind in putting them right promptly, they really couldn’t help enough. They have brilliant with our dog fussing her to bits each time they have passed. Will miss the team when they have finished and moved on.

From the outset I knew I had made the right choice when I trusted Stonebridge Estate Agents with the sale of my property. I undertook the correct due diligence as well as meeting with three other estate agents before engaging Stonebridge. However, after my first meeting with Stonebridge I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. The conversation was friendly, open and honest, without any pushy sales techniques. There was a genuine honesty regarding matching the right buyer with the right property; thereby ensuring all parties gained the maximum value from the sale.

Stonebridge arrived prepared with a clear outstanding of the marking strategy and the most likely sale price within the current market, which was exactly what the property sold for. As an overseas seller there were the additional issues around the security of the property which Stonebridge proactively managed. Communications were regular and ensured that I was fully informed through every step of the process, with and despite the 11 hours’ time difference with the UK the response times were exceptionally prompt.

Again, not being a UK resident meant I didn’t have the connections into ancillary services needed for the sale. However, Stonebridge went above and beyond by helping me find good companies to support me throughout the process. This provided me with a high level of comfort that I was in the right hands.

I cannot recommend Stonebridge highly enough, my sale was completed in just over two months, despite the Christmas break and as previously mentioned I got full asking price. If you’re considering selling make sure you reach out to the team at Stonebridge before committing with any other company.
