We have purchased several amounts of silver travertine from Johnny at Stone Centre and have always been happy with product and service provided.

I purchased cobbletstones at a great price from Stone Centre and was hoping the batch that arrived would match the samples I’d been given. And they’re even prettier than expected. Arbaz was very helpful and communicative through the process and I highly recommend him and the stone centre products. I can’t wait to lay them!

This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with.
Ordered 140m2 marble on 2nd December 2025. The coping pavers are on a ship somewhere, they have advised 3 times that they would be delivered on the next container. June 2026 and still not delivered. I have had to push back trades 3 times, cost me $1000's, delayed the project 6 months. Not once did they call back when they said they would. Compensation they offered a $200 discount on paver sealer. Stay away, their cheaper prices are not worth it.

Vaibhav called me continually over a year to get sale (even after advising had cancer, not working, would recontact once had trades sorted and better). Finally purchased May 2026 total over $700 then started dealing with Arbaz, couldn't get pick up dates, one invoice only (over 3 transactions)which I queried incorrect paver description, they said this was so they could claim Gst, spoke to manager, 'Summit', assured all ok and if not I'd get refund, waited for pick up date confirmation, then Anhol called and said stock was damaged, couldn't supply, couldn't refund to my credit card, wanted bank details, requested again to refund my credit card. Asked for 'Summit' manager, no call backs, no reply to my email now they have my money and no stock to provide. Now working with my credit card company, and next to Fair Trading, ACCC and ATO reporting to get my money back. Stay away, suspect fraudulent organisation, from my experience.

This business is the worst business I have ever dealt with!!!!
Started out with an enquiring with salesman Vaibhav who continued to call until I placed 4K deposit for 90sqm he guaranteed me was in stock. Then few days later trying to organise delivery he only had 60sqm. For the next 5 weeks Vaibhav & his manager Himanshu gave me the run around with lie after lie with no straight answer trying to change my order to a different style pattern tile. When asking for refund they kept deflecting my request. Then I was told I would have to wait another 12weeks.
I then demanded a refund which took another 14days after calling every day.
The amount of lies this pair of crooks told is unbelievable I don’t know how they sleep at night they discuss me.

Terrible. Charged me, didn't deliver, tried to change my order then after waiting for months, I cancelled the order and they withheld money as they claimed I was the one who cancelled!!! I would not use them at all, pretty sure they are scammers so please be careful.

Seriously, do not deal with this company.
They promised us delivery the next day- even told us it was there, ready to be picked up in the morning.
The next day came and they told us our pavers had been picked up - but the order had been “lost” on the way to our house (A 1hr drive btw).
We said , we’ll call the shipping company. They said no - you can’t have their details??
If we wanted we could wait 10 days for shipment from Victoria.
Also, they call you 3 times a day until they have your money, then when you try to resolve issues- they are always in ‘meetings’.
They now have our money, with little to no date for refund.

Haven't received my order. Customer service has confirmed that it was lost, however didn't issue the replacement, neither refund.
