MY order was 16.7., till today no delivery - 20.09.26.
nearly 3 1/2 month later.
the shop sends no delivery informations by itself, the customer has to ask.
for two products, value 1.400€, what is not a bargain, its a bad quality of service.

I would unfortunately not recommend Stooltopia based on my experience.
I placed an order for three benches costing around £600 for my new business and paid extra for express shipping, as the delivery timeframe was important to me. I was originally expecting the order in approximately four weeks.
Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase the company for updates. The delivery has continued to be delayed and, after weeks of uncertainty, I have now been told that my benches are expected to arrive early to mid-November — far beyond the timeframe I was originally expecting and completely unsuitable for my business opening.
I was eventually told that all three benches had been manufactured, but Stooltopia only provided inspection photographs of one bench, explaining that they photographed a single item because all three were the same. I also raised a concern about what appeared to me to be an imperfection/damage visible in their own inspection photograph, which they said was a natural variation in the wood.
I have now asked to cancel the order because of the significant delay. Despite the goods not yet having been dispatched, I have been told that cancellation may be subject to costs because manufacturing and logistics costs have already been incurred.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of a reliable delivery timeframe and the amount of chasing required. Had I been told from the beginning that I could be waiting until November, I would never have placed the order or paid extra for express shipping.
As a small business preparing to open, this has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and disruption.
I am now requesting a full refund and hope this can be resolved promptly.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish

Unfortunately, my experience with Stooltopia has been extremely stressful and disappointing.

Firstly, the item I received does not look like the pictures on the website. The fabric in particular looks and feels much cheaper than it appeared in the website photographs, which was very disappointing given my expectations when ordering.

There were also long delays with delivery, and I found the information provided on the website to be misleading. Once my item was finally ready, I received delivery text messages while I was at work, making it very difficult to arrange a suitable delivery slot. I was then told I would need to pay an additional charge for a shorter delivery window (10am–1pm). To Stooltopia’s credit, they did eventually agree to cover this additional cost after I contacted them by email.

Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. Despite the delivery company being aware that I am a single person with a disability, the delivery was simply left at my door. The item was inside a wooden crate, and it took me several days before I was able to get into the crate and unpack it.

What should have been an exciting purchase has instead been an exhausting and incredibly stressful experience from beginning to end. I feel the website images and delivery information need to be much more transparent.

Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer journey and would not order from Stooltopia again.

Dodgy! Would not recommend purchasing from this website. There aren’t many reviews out there about Stooltopia and they are very mixed. I thought I was being diligent in my repurchase checks, so ultimately made the decision to buy. Very bad decision.

I bought a solid walnut cabinet for over $1200. It did not arrive on day of delivery through tracking. Stayed home all day to receive it. Email contact said they were sorry they couldn’t find my order so I’d have to wait for next business day delivery. Item did arrive. Flat packed! Immediately knew this was not a good sign. You don’t pay over $1k just to build it yourself. There were no instructions!! The material was mdf with laminate (not solid wood) I could work out it was not the same cabinet -a very poor cheap attempt at replicating the design.

I contacted them again through email stating my concern and asking for refund. They sent through poorly design instructions and said the design on their website had been updated. I looked on the website, the updated version was still not the same cabinet as the flatpack they sent. And you can’t sell someone a modified design anyway!! Only after finally calling them (office closes at 3pm so that made it difficult for me), did they agree to a refund. I was still very wary about whether it would happen but we did speak to a “real person” so there was hope.

The refund did come through eventually-it took a couple of weeks. They picked up the cabinet. I was just so disappointed with the whole company and process.

They do not sell what they advertise. Cheaply made flat packed versions. Temu but with a large price tag! Terrible!

EXTREMELY long shipping (which they do state) - office chair took 2 months from placing the order. However, after the long wait the leather chair that I paid over £500 for was of a completely wrong colour. Ordered Brown, received Orange. Terrible communication, they never replied to my message about the wrong colour forcing me to give up and keep it, given potential 2 month wait for a replacement, on top of 2 months of the return making its way back.
