Good but they need to replace the manager
I have been using the facility at 875 Don Mills in North York, Ont., for years. Overall, the experience has been positive, but only when interacting with the younger staff, who are periodically replaced. However, the facility manager has recently demonstrated questionable behaviour. He seems to think he is so big boss and has begun to be openly rude to customers.

Ils augmentent le prix sans raison et quand tu te plaint le gérant te dis c est le prix wt je n ai pas a justifier l augmentation avec une arrogance à lui faire ravaler ses paroles...entouka c est ça qui se passe avec celui de St leonard une gang de voleur m effiez vous et c est vrai ils le font sur le malheur des gens ils ne sont pas là pour vous aider ...a 200% pour VOUS ARNAQUEZ....ils me l ont fait 2 fois...

Vasts amounts of designer clothing stolen from a unit that was being used temporarily as an overspill
We have involved private investigators who are looking various platforms,locating some of the Tom ford clothing that is bespoke and unique
Rails that have air tags installed
Once we have have collected enough evidence this will be either passed to police or private prosecutions will ensue
Emails have now been drafted and being sent to head office, ceo directors etc
This wasn’t an external theft

Facility is excellent and service is courteous and professional. When we checked in we got better service than most hotels we've stayed at!

Literally had thee worst experience…
Literally had thee worst experience dealing with this location. I went in about 2 weeks ago to retrieve all my stuff, personal memorabilia business supplies, clothing, bedding, mattresses.. and everything was completely ruined.. The whole storage unit was infested with mice. They had eaten through everything and pooped everywhere.I walked in the office and around other units and noticed an extreme amount of mouse traps. Literally Everywhere.
And how convenient is it for them to not provide coverage when dealing with infestations.. That’s purposely not listed in the coverage I pay for,, But that’s the main issue at this location,, Mice
Reaching out the main office was totally pointless & I was treated horribly, They also told me to take pictures & not bother any of the infested item until I spoke to someone from the claims department,this was just 2 weeks ago, I gave my 30 day notice two weeks before that but today I received a $400 bill in the mail
So not only do I have to deal with a major loss
And some items can’t be replaced
But They still want money for absolutely nothing & that insurance I pay for monthly covers absolutely nothing

I love renting from storage mart. The secured property is a plus. The manager Lindsey is great. She is always there to help you when you need it. She does a wonderful job keeping the property clean. She is part of the reason I rent there. Rent there. You won't be disappointed

Oleana provided me with excellent customer service. Very attentive, polite, available to listen to my questions and ready to provide detailed answers. I recommend the StorageMart without restrictions. Go to 431 Mapleview and receive the best customer service from Oleana.

they are scammers!. They raise their prices every month and their excuse is because we can....beware!
