Unreasonable exchange for Product Issues
Purchased from them recently. I ordered 3 shirts and 1 had ripped on first wearing (bear in mind this was a gift and they didn't receive the item right away). As it was over 2 weeks from ordering they couldn't offer me a replacement or a refund for the shockingly weak fabric. All that was offered was a 10% off code with a 30day expiry. Customers shouldn't have to spend more money because of an issue with their product.

Ultimate verions = no full game
Sie verkaufen die teuerste Versionen also Ultimate z.B. für einen ordentlichen Preis, der Inhalt dieser Version ist allerdings nicht das gesammte Spiel. Man bezahlt schon für die teuerste Version und muss dennoch erneut für DLCs zahlen die in der Ultimate version enthalten werden sollten. Sie versuchen die Spieler zu melken wo es nur geht. Über ihre heftig Pay2Win mobile games will ich erst nicht anfangen. Will nur eines sagen, habe mal für den SSJ 4 AGL Goku Banner über 2100 Stones ausgegeben und über 100 Tickets und habe ihn nicht erhalten. Hier mal eine Beispiel Rechnung. 10er Beschwörung kostet 50 stones, 91 stones bekommt man für 45 € und ich habe über 2100 ausgegebn und auch noch 100 + Tickets und bekam den Character nicht den ich wollte. Dies ist kein Glücksspiel mehr was Bandai hier betreibt sondern reiner Betrug. Balancing kann Bandai ebenfalls nicht. Sie sind absolut nicht in der Lage ein faires game zu entwickeln. In Dokkan Battle z.B. geht man in 1 Runde KO obwohl man 400-600 Tausend HP hat. Man ist also an gute Helden extrem angewiesen die man aber durch die lächerlichen Droprates nicht bekommt und man kaum bis gar keine Möglichkeit hat als Free2Play Spieler an stones zu kommen. Ich wünschte, Loot Boxes / Pay2Win würde verboten werden.

Bandai Namco revoke keys for no reason!
They revoked my steam key from Humble bundle november 2019 and their support Called me a liar. Terrible company fallen so low to revoke legit keys to force users to buy them again and again.
