Established in 2003, Cafeology is an independent Sheffield coffee roaster, specialising in the supply of freshly roasted speciality coffee to businesses, universities, hospitality venues, and workplaces across the UK. As a Sheffield-based coffee roastery in South Yorkshire, we have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and ethical sourcing through long-term relationships with coffee producers and trusted origin partners. All of our coffee is hand roasted and packed at our Sheffield roastery, giving us full control over freshness, consistency, and quality assurance. As an experienced speciality coffee roaster in Sheffield, we source only speciality-grade coffees with strong provenance, traceability, and sustainability credentials. Our range includes expertly developed espresso blends and single-origin coffees designed for professional coffee environments, from offices and cafés to education and contract catering. We offer same-day coffee dispatch from Sheffield on orders placed before 3pm, with next-day UK delivery available depending on location, ensuring customers receive freshly roasted coffee quickly and reliably. Aviator /supernova
The two blends of coffee I chose were lovely. I drink a regular supermarket blend for mornings, but these are perfect for a small cup after dinner. Packaging and delivery excellent and will use again.

Such a brilliant customer service - always very fair and supportive- they sent a bag of ground coffee instead of beans and refunded immediately.

Great buying experience and fantastic coffee
Great buying experience, the website was very user friendly and the delivery fast. I ordered 3 different coffees in the Cafeology range (pods for use in a Nespresso machine) to try and all are delicious.

Great customer service
We went to a wedding reception and had a coffee at the end of the night so I emailed the venue to find out what type of coffee it was. The venue told me it was from Cafeology. So on the Monday I visited their website and ordered some coffee. It arrived on the Wednesday so the first thing I did was make me and my husband a coffee wow. The coffee has the most beautiful taste will definitely be ordering again

Speedy service but the coffee was disappointing. I’ve had it at work and bought the same beans but it tastes different and inferior to my normal brand. Maybe I need to try a few different ones before I buy 2kg
