I paid for 2 day shipping when I received email from ups they said I would receive 4 to 5 days later. Not good started return since it hasn’t left their facility. It’s gonna take up to 2 weeks to receive my refund how is that possible.
Prada Returns - They stole the item
I ordered a wallet for £400 it wasnt right so I returned it.I couldn't use DHL where i lived so I paid for Royal Mail signed for. We have proven that it was returned and signed by an employee of Prada who has decided to steal the wallet. Prada now say there is nothing they can do! I cannot beleive they have accepted that their staff are stealing the returns!

Servicen, eller mangel på, har desværre ødelagt hele min oplevelse som kunde hos Prada, og jeg kommer desværre aldrig til at købe noget der igen.
Jeg har ellers købt flere ting der til mig selv og i gave til min kæreste.
I fødselsdagsgave i december købte jeg en pung til min kæreste, blot efter en uge blev pengeclipsen i pungen løs, så kontanterne røg ud af pungen, og hovedfunktionen og årsagen til at jeg netop købte denne pung var nu ubrugelig. Jeg henvendte mig telefonisk og blev bedt om at sende billeder af problemet på sms beskeder, hvorefter jeg får svar tilbage om at de vil vende tilbage. En måned efter har jeg stadig ikke hørt noget fra dem og jeg skriver til dem, og så får jeg af vide at jeg skal komme ind i butikken. Jeg forstår ikke at jeg intet høre fra dem og jeg skal følge op? Vi tager så ind i butikken, og får af vide at den skal sendes til reparation, og at de så vil sende den direkte til vores hjemmeadresse.
3 måneder senere! Vi har stadig intet hørt og jeg kontakter dem så på den mail jeg har fået kvittering, de 3 måneder tidligere, for at den er sendt til reparation, og så får jeg sjovt nok en besked på sms om at lige netop ligger pungen klar og at vi kan komme ind i butikken og hente den. Ingen undskyldning om at de har glemt at kontakte os, og de har oveni også glemt at de skal sende den hjem til os, så vi ikke skal bruge unødvendig tid på at køre ind gentagende gange. Der er på intet tidspunkt i processen service, ydmyghed eller forståelse for at det her er en besværlig situation som de gør endnu mere besværlig. Min kæreste ringer dem op omkring dette, at de skulle have sendt den, og da beklager hun (Jade) og siger hun vil sende den afsted med det samme med ekspres levering, så vi kan have den dagen efter, og at hun vil sende en lille gave med også. Der går 11 dage før vi får pungen fra hun siger det og nej der var heller ingen gave med. Clipsen i pungen er lavet, men den er beskidt og ingen besked med eller nogen form for personlig service eller lignende.
Service, kvalitet og oplevelse er bedre i H&M. Det her er ikke forventeligt. Jeg forventer at den pris man betaler hos Prada ikke kun er for at gå rundt med deres brand, men er for et kvalitets produkt som holder lang tid, samt en service der er ud over den almindelige. En taske jeg har købt hos Prada gik også nøgleringsholderen i stykker og en af syningerne op efter to måneder.
I Louis Vuitton får man kvalitet, service og oplevelse for sine penge. I Prada får du ingen af delene, deres opførsel er så arrogant, uden form for forståelse eller service. Man betaler kun for at gå rundt med deres mærke åbenbart, for så at blive behandlet elendigt. Øv!
Jeg kommer aldrig til at bruge en eneste krone der igen og jeg vil fraråde alle det samme!

I’m hoping this gets your attention. Early in May I ordered a yellow leather purse as a gift for my wife. It was never received. She needed it for a wedding this weekend. Prada customer server advised that she we should wait another 14 days to locate this with UPS. That’s unacceptable. We have also initiated a chargeback to get your attention, however she would rather have the purse.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM PRADA ONLINE!
I should have read the reviews below before purchasing a Prada wallet online from Prada as a Christmas present. Never buy from Prada directly as their return policy is unacceptable. Once we made the purchase our daughter decided she preferred another wallet so we followed all of the RULES and rtned the wallet within the time frame unused and with all of the documents required. To my shock we received the wallet back saying they would not honor the return saying it was missing documents and was used. Despite speaking with a customer service supervisor and providing pictures our request was again denied. She was also unable to tell me what was missing or what was damaged….. The wallet was in perfect condition…Completely unacceptable!!
* Update: After posting this review and making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau we were pleasantly surprised to get an email stating that they would accept our return! We subsequently returned the wallet again and a full refund was made……We are happy that they made the decision to refund our money for the purchase but don’t think that a customer should have to go to such lengths for a refund…
Bad Customer Service on faulty bag
Well I wish I had checked on trustpilot before purchasing my first prada purchase, as I can clearly see nobody has had a great experience with them.
I ordered a bag last January, didnt use because of lockdown, possibly wore for 4 weeks and the zip has completely bobbled. I had to travel to london (I am from Birmingham) for them to tell me that it had to be sent to Italy for return. It was sent in September and took over 3 months only for them to send it back and say its due to wear and tear. No its due to the cheap zips used on a £1150 bag. Disgraceful customer service, will never buy from this brand again.
I don't generally write reviews as I don't like to give negative press, but if your like me and saved up for a high end purchase only to be dissapointed its not worth the hassle. Bad customer service.
An absolute disgrace - Christmas gift exchange policy 14 days
An absolute disgrace .. Prada is one of the most elite brands available at Kildare Village.
However their 14 day exchange/return policy is an absolute disgrace. I was gifted a bag for Christmas and basically returned to the store yesterday to exchange the gift which to my horror was told by the manager that they could NOT assist me ??? It’s not every day that you receive a gift in access of €1,150 euros …
I shop frequently in Kildare Village and every other store have brought in Christmas extension for gift exchanges etc… but this is just such a poor reflection on Prada/Kildare village to ensure that shops are honouring customers custom … Just so disappointed ! I’d imagine there are plenty of others who also are quite upset ..
while I’m aware that this does not affect my Statutory rights , I cannot believe that a consumer can spend such an amount of money on a gift and the person who is receiving the gift cannot exchange the item due to it not being suitable ???? I could be gifted a diamond ring and exchange it … why would anyone shop there ..

Return Rejected - Same Condition they were sent to me!
I ordered two very similar bags and ended up returning them because I didn't like them. In the video link below, they are in pristine condition. I never wore the bags and only tried them on a few times at home. I decided I did not want them and sent them back in less than a week.

As you can see in the video I sent them, they are in their original condition. This was exactly how they were sent to me.
In the video, they have all the dust bags that they came with, security tags, tissue, authentication cards. I was shocked they rejected the return! Now I am out $3000 for two identical bags.
I online shop all the time and have never had something like this happen to me. I was sent this email below, but as you can see in the video, all the original dust bags and return tag are on the bags. Additionally, there's no way I could have worn the bag with tissue paper taped to it or return tags on it! If I damaged or wore the bags in any way I would understand them rejecting the return. but that simply isn't true. As you can see in the video, the dust bags and return tag is there, and they were not worn. I am just shocked, dismayed, and heartbroken.
I've ordered from Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Hermes online and never had an issue. Not even from a store like Forever 21. I thought I'd be getting a deal by trying to buy a Prada bag. Instead, I've just been fleeced.
Do NOT pay for second day delivery
I ordered a bag from Prada a week ago and paid $25 for second day delivery. I had a trip in 5 days and expected to have it in time. I didn’t. It will be arriving today, a week later. I will never pay extra for fast delivery again🤣 I feel stupid for wasting money.
The lady explained to me that the processing and shipping takes a long time (5 days in my case). She told me it would’ve taken a little bit longer if I hadn’t paid for second day delivery. I just feel dumb for wasting my money on “fast” delivery. It wasn’t fast at all😀

The store had a nice layout and lots of nice product.
I thought that I was judged with my child being in store.
Should of been a better experience overall.
There are much better places to shop like Selfridges and Harrods.
Horrible service
Horrible service, ordered boots 6 weeks ago. Still no update since ordering, do not know if it has been dispatched. Prada are happy to take over 1k out of your account but trust me you will not receive your purchase. Me and partner have phoned them on a weekly update and the customer service are nothing short of shambolic. Simply vile.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a $2,000 bag and could not get them to even put it in a box. They gave it to me in a torn bag and when I told them it was a gift and asked if it could be put in a box or at least have some tissue paper put in a bag that wasn't torn the salesman rolled his eyes and then just got another bag that was also torn. No box, no tissue paper nothing. I could buy a $100 bag at Macy's and have it wrapped better. Called the customer service number and they do not care! Returning the bag and will not buy from this brand again!
Do not buy on-line from Prada
I’ve only given 1 star because I can’t give 0. Placed an order for perfume with Prada on 19/7/21. As of today, 21/8/21, nearly 5 weeks later I have no perfume and no refund which I have been promised. So I am £115 out of pocket. And customer service simply aren’t interested. Worst service I’ve ever experienced & they don’t even seem to care

This was my first time ordering from Prada.com so I was a little apprehensive. When I'm paying a good amount of money I usually like to get it in person so I can quality check it myself but alas, that was not an option this time.
BUT PRADA.COM DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
I got a Re-Nylon backpack for a birthday present and chose 2nd day delivery. I talked to two customer service representatives (I'm persistent) about getting a gift box for it and they informed me they would ask their fulfillment center but cannot guarantee it since this item doesn't technically come with a box.
Tuesday came and my item should've been delivered but it had not been shipped yet (label printed Sunday). So I called the customer service line and spoke to someone very quickly. They told me they would contact the store right away, I kid you not, an hour later the thing had been marked as shipped by UPS.
It is now Thursday and I got the item this morning. To my delight and excitement, they did put it in a beautiful gift box with all the wrappings and trimmings. The bag itself is gorgeous, not a flaw in sight! Exactly what I was wanting and more.
Yes, the shipping thing was a mild annoyance but because they remedied it so quickly and I'm understanding of the COVID logistical era, I'm not going to ding them for it. I got a perfect item, generous and beautiful packaging and the customer service representatives were all stellar. I couldn't be happier!

They cannot communicate with UPS about pick up locations or delivery notes. I cancelled an order, they confirmed that the package was returned to the sender. Yet it had delivered to my address one week after the cancellation. They are giving you misinformation and forcing you to keep your cancelled orders. I had to return the package by myself and waiting for refund.
Customer service does not address the problems at all , they kept saying that the package was delivered. They did not care that it was an cancelled order. So disappointing
