J’ai passé une commande le 08/12, aucune confirmation de commande et aucune nouvelle de ma commande 5 jours après. Le délai de livraison a été extrêmement long. Je l’ai reçu 13 jours après... ( Bon ce que je peux accepté du à la crise sanitaire actuelle ) mais un petit mail ne serait pas de trop pour tenir informé le client !!!
Grande surprise à la réception de ma commande la carte cadeau avec un message personnalisé que j’avais commandé n’est pas à l’intérieur de ma commande !!! Inadmissible que le service ne soit pas totalement respecté surtout pour un produit d’une telle valeur !!!!!
Malheureusement le produit ne va pas,l’étiquette de sécurité à été enlevé mais remise immédiatement par mes soins et le produit est dans un état totalement NEUF puisqu’il a été reçu le 21/23 j’ai eu en ligne une personne du service client le jour même qui m’a demandé de répondre à leur mail en leur envoyant des photos du produits ce qui a été fait instantanément. Je n’ai toujours aucune réponses de mail et il est IMPOSSIBLE de joindre le service client ! C’est inadmissible pour une marque d’une telle renommée ! 700€ se balade dans la nature actuellement !!!!!! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site qui malheureusement devrait être au top du top.

I purchased this bag and received it on Friday. I realized yesterday that the label is completely faded, spelling MILANO incorrectly (completely missing the I) and half of the O. I called and was advised by a customer service agent that I would need to return the bag, wait for it to arrive to the store in Chicago, wait for my return to be processed, then I would have to reorder the bag myself and wait again for it to arrive (hopefully in perfect condition this time). I purchased this as a Christmas gift, I can’t wait a month to receive a new one. At the very least I should be able to return it and have Prada send a new product to the store near my house so I can actually get it in time for Christmas. It is still extremely inconvenient to me to have to go to the store to pick it up when I should have received an item in perfect condition the first time, however I am willing to do that. There is absolutely NO reason I should need to jump through hoops to get a quality product that I paid $1,500 for. This is the fault of Prada - for either sending me a defective item or even worse, a used item packaged as new. If I can not receive a new item by Christmas, I can guarantee you I will be taking my money elsewhere and I will not be reordering through Prada. I was advised that a manager would be contacting me tomorrow so I look forward to hopefully working something out.

Ordered some shoes and i did not liked them. I`ve created the return of the products and followed the instructions to request for a pickup date. After 3 weeks i have no answer. The phone number from the website is crap. I have 2 different mobile companies and they both say that my number is not configured for that call. I`ve sent dozens emails with 0 response. I`ve looked at the shipping label, and called the store that is receiving my return. 0 help. They said that i need to call the number from the website, even after i`ve told them that it is impossible for me to call that number. I`ve called DHL to pickup the package. They came next day so clearly it is Prada to blame not DHL. Worst experience ever. I will NEVER buy again from Prada.

I’ve ordered the Prada nylon 2000 in November, I requested a return by following the procedures that they requested. It’s been almost 3 weeks since they were meant to come and collect my package, I’ve received absolutely no answer to any of my emails and I’ve been calling but every tine I speak to someone they are absolutely no help and give me the same answer over and over again. I am very disappointed in a brand like Prada, smaller brands such as Zara and Primark have better customer service. Do not buy from them as the will not answer any of your emails and will not take you seriously. I am worried that I will it get my money back at all.
$450.000 pair of sunglasses peeling
I purchased a $450.000 CA pair sunglasses 1 year ago, wore them about 5 times since and the lense is starting to peel
You would think if you spend half a grand on a pair of designer sunglasses they would be quality! thats not the case. First and last product ill every buy from Prada!
No possible way to contant prada and get a refund either even with immaculate amount of proof of sale, the "big wigs" at Prada should be embarrassed in the products they sell and the company they run!

I ordered the prada re edition 2005 bag and within 24 it was delivered to my house! I didn’t ask for special delivery so I am very please with how quickly it arrived. Prada updated me every step of the way. Would definitely use again!
They simply don't care about anything other than your money
Ordered a pair of boots as a gift for a friend and they were too big. I requested a return and got a generic email telling me to email DHL who would collect them.
This is a lie.
I emailed both email addresses twice with zero reply. I called DHL who said they don't work that way.
Everything the generic email said was 100% false.
The just don't care now they have the money.

Do not use this site at all costs!! I wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering from PRADA.COM, but did not think it be necessary until I experienced terrible customer service.
I placed my order on 14/10/2020 for a handbag for my daughters birthday. The same day I received an order acknowledgement saying as soon as they have checked the product was available they would send a confirmation email. As of today 24/10/2020 still no email after 8 telephone conversations with Prada customer service, which was to say the least terrible.
I was first told there was technical problems, then I was told it would be sent from Brussels warehouse, then I was told it would be sent from Germany.... after 2 more conversations i was promised I would have a confirmation email by 2pm that day of shipping and tracking.....still nothing, then I was told they would chase it up again as the handbag was showing plenty in stock and they did not know why it had not been sent? I was then promised an update email to confirm what was happening...... surprise, surprise still no email no corrospondance from customer service!!!!
By this time my daughters birthday had come and gone and I am left with a very dissapointed young adult.
The attitudes of the customer service was very poor indeed and almost as if they are just telling you what you want to hear to end the telephone conversation.
Today I have rang to cancel my order as enough is enough and paid an extra £100 for the same bag from a large UK department store, but it will be delivered the next day.
This is all down to PRADA dreadful online exprience and customer service, no apologies nothing from them for this I would say the worst online experience I have ever had from a so called designer website!! I have logged a complaint, or so customer service say they have for me after I asked them too, but I am sure nothing is going to become of this!!
I never write reviews but feel very strongly about this experience.

Hvis du er til Prada vil jeg anbefale at holde dig langt væk fra butikken i Illum. Har handlet der mange gange, dengang deres chef Jonas var ansat.
I dag skal man selv trække i døren når man går ind, hvilket er en skidt start. For 2 måneder siden købte jeg et par nye sko (pris 4.400,-). Efter blot 2. Gang på føderne, var materialet på skoen ridset, formentlig af et hvidt gummimærke fra den anden sko. Jeg indleverede skoene med det samme i den forventning om at det var en fejl på produktet, som sælgere pralede af var god kvalitet. Skoene ville de ikke tage retur, men ville sende den til Italien for at lave dem. Først 2 måneder efter (!!!) får jeg en mail om at mine sko er landet, og at jeg kan komme at hente dem. Da jeg ser dem kan jeg konstaterer at de intet har gjort ved skoen. Ridsen er der stadigvæk. De siger der ikke er noget at gøre ved problemet og at alle sko går i stykker. I min optik er det kun sko af virkelig ringe kvalitet! Der er derfor ingen service at hente, hverken i salgsarbejdet eller i den efterfølge. Jeg kommer aldrig mere i den butik!
De har ikke bare mistet en god kunde, men også en god ambassadør.
Hold jer væk fra butikken, gå hellere til Louis Vuitton eller Gucci, her har jeg aldrig haft udfordringer. Ej heller på reklamationer.
I ordered a pair of glasses from Prada…
I ordered a pair of glasses from Prada for $431. When they arrived I had to try them on with a big bulky tag in the middle of the glasses (if I removed the tag to try them on I would not be able to return the glasses). The glasses seemed to fit okay with the tag on (although they were slightly crooked). I figured that after I removed the tag the glasses would fit better. Once I removed the tag and tried the glasses on they fit worse! One of the arms was an inch higher than the other and the nose area was totally twisted and distorted. The right lense was actually pushing into my eye. Not what you would expect for glasses that price! Anyways I emailed Prada customer service twice. They kept sending me a generic auto response and were clearly not even reading my email explaining what happened and looking at the pictures. I then called the customer service line and after waiting on hold for 50 minutes someone answered. He said he could not take back the pair of sunglasses as the tag had been removed. I explained I had only received the glasses 5 days prior and that the glasses were unwearable. He said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. He left me waiting on hold for another 45 minutes and did not come back to the phone. At that point I hung up. What a nightmare to deal with them and now I have crooked $431 glasses. Won't buy from them again. Also, the glasses are not even good quality.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’m currently on hold right now it’s been 53min. I ordered a bag that never came. Filed a claim with UPS and they approved it and sent to Prada for the money to be sent back to me. That was on the 4th of August and now it’s the 8th of September after employees stated in multiple emails I would receive the money in 24-48 hours. By far the worst service / online purchase decision I’ve ever made. DO NOT BUY PRADA ONLINE you will be very dissatisfied especially after spending $2,000.

Unfortunately I see myself asked to rate negative. My Assessment mainly concerns the Prada enforcement department, Ms. Sejal Lakhani. These departments report members / users for unfounded and inexplicable reasons ( concerning Ebay Kleinanzeigen); the consequences are Warnings or Exclusion, because EBay Kleinanzeigen is legally forced to act, according to its own statement. Prada also displays third-party brands. Here comes the thought: sales Problems (?) No other Manufacturer does this. that's why: Goodbye Prada, welcome GUCCI, Marni, Chloé etc.
Terrible service and unprepared employees.
I have been searching for a specific bag for some time. I called the store numerous times to make sure that they have it in stock, whether many or just limited varieties. I was told via phone that they just received a shipment in for that specific bag in the colour I wanted (the style code was provided to them).
I then called the morning of, and asked if they could put the bag aside for me before I drive to Toronto to get it. She told me they have a few left and will immediately place it on hold under my name.
I drove 3 hours from my house to get to the store.
Once I got there, the bag on hold for me was the incorrect bag and not at all similar to the one I described in any way.
The lady who spoke to me on the phone did not even help me afterwards, she let her co-worker try and fix her mistake, whilst she stayed in the back.
The bag I wanted is sold out everywhere and now I can’t have it because of their mistake.
On top of this, I made an appointment online as well, that they did not respond to and instead confirmed the bag to another appointment made after me.
On top of this, the lady who made the original mistake called me once I left the store to “apologize.”
For a luxury retailer, this was disappointing and I have experienced customer service with a better knowledge and understanding of one’s stock and inventory at forever 21.
Would not recommend.

Ordered the Nylon and Saffiano leather mini bag from the Prada website, received an acknowledgement email straight afterwards, although 10 days later I received an email stating that my order was cancelled as the item was no longer in stock. Continued to check the website for a restock and reordered the bag when it was available on the website, in my Prada account the order status was rejected within the same day of placing the order (so they should’ve stated that on the website instead of letting people order it and charging bank accounts anyway) however the amount is still pending in my bank and I have still not heard from them to tell me my order has been cancelled again. Contacted the retailer to ask if I could receive any correspondence when the item restocked to ensure I would get it upon the third time of ordering, although they told me I would need to continue checking the website. The bag still has not been restocked - instead it has been repriced from 585 to 625. Horrendous customer service for a supposedly professional brand, especially for the price people are paying. Most disappointing and frustrating situation as the bag was stated available both times I ordered when it clearly was not. Not luxury service at all.
The worst company ever
The worst company ever! I ordered shoes online and got only the email that they will check availability. After 5 working days without any notification I called. They couldn’t tell me anything. Come one men, how on earth can you let people wait so long for something pretty expensive without any word. I understand that shipping takes some time but at least a email would be nice. I cancelled my order and will never buy anything from them again online.
