Very disappointing service
The Customer Service Team is rude and incompetent, you wouldn’t expect this from the luxurious brand like Prada. The sunglasses that I have ordered arrived damaged and with a broken tag, I have contacted them via phone and email to inform them about the situation, I only get rude response that I have to wait for the evaluation of the case and no apologies, nothing at all. After nearly 2 weeks no update on my case, no refund, no anything. Very disappointing, I’ll definitely purchase next time from other retailers not directly from Prada. I believe they only rely on their reputation but don’t invest in CS or a good service at all.

Excellente expérience. J’étais un peu septique suite aux mauvais avis, surtout par apport au fait que le site n’affiche pas la disponibilité de ses articles. J’ai tout simplement écrit au service client par mail pour demander si l’article en question étais dispo. Ils m’ont répondu sous 3h qu’il l’était, j’ai de suite passer commande. J’ai commander le mercredi soir à 23h, mon sac à main étais livrer vendredi à 15h en point relai. Livrer par DHL avec suivi précis de l expédition.
Carton discret de couleurs qui ne laisse pas paraître la contenance d’un objet de valeur.
J’ai l’agréable surprise de découvrir en le déballant, que le sac à main n’étais pas envoyer dans une boîte, mais directement dans un sac comme ci vous étiez tout droit sortit de chez prada, blanc avec un petit noeud et bien entendu son dustbag. Agréable odeur de cuir. Ça envoi du lourd.
En bref je suis grave satisfaite de mon achat, je recommanderais quand j’en aurai l’occasion pas souvent facile de se rendre en boutique avec le covid. Il faut également savoir le dir lors ce que l’achat s’est bien dérouler.

J'ai passé une commande et surprise! Le produit est abîmé! J'appelle donc le service client qui ne s'excuse même pas et qui se contente de dire "Ah!"... Non, vous ne me trouvez pas une solution? J'appelle au service client ou chez une bonne copine là?
Cette dame charmante me demande donc d'envoyer un mail de la situation. D'accord, je comprends mieux l'utilité d'avoir un service client au téléphone. J'envoie un mail, on me répond de voir avec DHL... Du jamais vu. L'acheteur qui se fixe une date avec le livreur. Mes mails suivants n'ont jamais eu de réponses.
Notez que j'ai appelé plusieurs fois, envoyer plusieurs mails, jamais d'excuses et jamais on ne m'a proposé de remplacer l'article.
Donc je prends l'initiative de repasser une commande. Voilà deux semaines que j'ai donc une paire de chaussures abîmé à 750€ et aucun retour de la part du service client.
D'ailleurs la grossièreté du service client n'aide pas.
Ma seconde commande arrive aujourd'hui et je demanderais donc au livreur si il peut récupérer mon retour. Je me retrouve donc cliente et service client à la fois.
Donc si vous appréciez un bon service, allez plutôt chez Dior ou Chanel!

Je pense qu’ils devront Revoir tout le site, avoir une visibilité sur leur stock en temps réel et remplacer leur conseillers.
J’ai passé une commande supposée être un cadeau pour une occasion dans 2 semaines et demi, après 3 ou 4 jours ma commande est annulée parce que l’article n’est plus disponible.
Je repasse une autre commande, pour une livraison en magasin pensant que ça ira plus vite, 5 jours après ma commande n’est toujours pas confirmée.
J’appelle le service client, une fille très hautaine, elle m’interrompe en me disant « no no I don’t speak french», je m’excuse et je reprends du coup tout en anglais, elle me demande d’aller à la boutique pour récupérer ma commande, je lui rappelle que la commande n’est pas confirmée donc elle me répond qu’effectivement je ne retrouverai rien dans la boutique, pourquoi y aller alors? Je ne comprends pas? Et elle me dit qu’exceptionnellement elle demandera si la boutique acceptera de me livrer car effectivement je partais dans pas longtemps. Mais que d’ici là je dois attendre la confirmation de ma commande dont j’en aurai plus besoin dans 2 jours,
Et je ne sais pas si je dois encore attendre pour la livraison après la confirmation. Bref le process est très lent et pas clair.
Et avant tout cela j’essayais d’utiliser le robot sur le site qui ne répond à aucune question, je ne comprends pas trop son utilité.
Le site bug constamment.
Bref je les pensais beaucoup plus professionnels que ça.Dommage
en tout cas ça sera la dernière fois.

Non-existent customer service.
I ordered online and received the item promptly.
However it wasn't what I wanted so returned the item promptly.
DHL have confirmed that the item was received by Prada.
They received it over a month ago and I STILL haven't received a refund.
They do not answer emails.
They will answer the phone (if you stay on hold long enough) and they will tell you what you want to hear but they STILL won't refund.
In short, only buy from their website if you are 100% sure that you intend to keep the item - if you are in any doubt then do not buy from Prada online.
Personally I will never deal with them again.

I ordered a wallet as a Christmas present a few weeks before Christmas it said online any orders placed would be delivered by 24th of December. After I placed my order I received an order acknowledgment which said I would receive an order confirmation once they had confirmed products were available. I kept checking status of my order over the coming days and it wasn’t updated I received no order confirmation. I mailed them numerous times as it came closer to Christmas and I got no reply, I also called and was told they would need to call the factory to get the status of the item and would email me with an update that day, again no email was received.
Christmas came and went and no product or order confirmation was received.
Again I mailed numerous times with no update I also called numerous times only
To be told the same thing that they need to check with the factory and would update me straight away, again no update.
Finally on the 10th of January after I sent another email complaining that I had received no response to any of my queries by mail or by phone I finally received a reply telling me that the item I ordered was in fact no longer available even though it was available when I ordered it and they were cancelling my order.
In summary it took them over a month after I had ordered to tell me they didn’t have this product in stock a process that in this day and age should be an instant one and should not require numerous emails and phone calls to get an update.

I ordered a bag that was nearly £1000 took 5 weeks to arrive, isn’t the colour as described so needed to return. It won’t let me return online as online it says the item has still not been shipped. They are uncontactable by phone I have sent an email every day as well as contacting them on social media. Appalling customer services!!! Do not purchase if there is the slightest chance you may need to return!!!!
Extremely poor customer service
Ordered a bag on 31st of December, got the normal confirmation email. I received another email 3 days later advising it might take a little longer due to brexit. The money was taken out of my account at this point. Followed up with an email but no response. I then look at my account and the transaction had disappeared but not like it was refunded but declined their end. I track my order on the website and it goes from processing to refused? I email again... no answer. No explanation of why. Extremely poor customer service. The bag went up by £55 in January. Part of me thinks they did so I would have to reorder at the newer price...

Absolutely shocking! Ordered my bag on the 27/12/20 I’ve emailed twice sinse then asking where my order is as I’ve had no confirmation yet and the second email requesting to cancel my order as it is now the 7/1/21 and I’ve still not received my item and both times I’ve had no response. Very disappointed and very worried as I just want my money back ASAP but seem to be getting nowhere! Will be taking legal action if needed.
Terrible & slow service
Terrible service! I ordered a present for my husband on the 22nd of December and understood that I may not get it get it by Christmas! But those people really take their time , we are now on 1st january 2021 and the parcel has not yet arrived! During all those 10 days I emailed them twice and received no response ! I will prefer another brand next time who provides an acceptable service ...
No refund & No response
Returns label was not recognised, had to go to Bind Street to return the items. Over two weeks and no refund, no answers the phone, no one has responded to several emails. High end price tag but a less than budget customer service. I am having to report this to my credit card company as there seems to be no reasonable way to get my money back. Will NEVER buy from Prada again!
