Awful Service, order not fulfilled

I placed a preorder for the limited-edition Madonna Grindr picture disc on 24 April, well in advance of the album release date on 3 June. The purpose of preordering was to secure this item, especially as it was a limited edition. The parcel was returned to sender during transit because of an issue with the electronic customs declaration, meaning it could not clear Irish customs. A Post confirmed that there was insufficient information provided in the customs documentation. I contacted Warner Customer Support on 7 July and sent several follow-up emails afterwards, but received no response for over 10 days. During this time, I had no idea whether the parcel had been returned, whether it would be resent correctly, or whether I would receive a refund. Only when I opened a dispute with my bank did they contact me back.
I eventually received a reply confirming that the parcel had been returned to Warner and that a refund had been issued. While I appreciate the refund confirmation, I am extremely disappointed that no attempt was made to resend the item with the correct customs information, especially as the problem appears to have been caused by a shipping documentation error rather than anything on my side.After ordering nearly three months in advance, I was left without the limited-edition item I had preordered and had to spend significant time chasing customer support for a resolution. The lack of communication and the handling of this issue were very disappointing. I would advise anyone ordering limited items from Warner’s store to be cautious, especially when shipping internationally.

Immediate after placing an order I…

Immediately after placing an order I contacted their customer support and asked to cancel it before it was sent. Chased it up the following day. Never received a response so now I have to return it. A waste of my time and a waste of resources.

No customer service

Pre-ordered limited edition Vinyl (Madonna Grindr), but it arrived with a bad seam split. Several other Madonna fans have experienced the exact same issue with seam splits. On top of that, all these pressings have issues with track 1 not playing properly. Warner blame couriers, don’t apologise for damaged goods, and expect customers to pay to return them with no guarantee of any replacement or compensation. Absolutely shocking service from Warner- clearly an issue at their end. This is impacting hundreds of customers.

Terrible Customer Service - No refunds or replacements

I am extremely disappointed with the Warner Music Store. I ordered a product (Order SHOP13656WM) that was never delivered to my address. I contacted support, and they confirmed the package was delivered to the wrong country (Germany).

The most frustrating part is their behavior after the mistake was acknowledged. I requested a refund, and their support agent asked me to provide my PayPal information. I provided it immediately. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails. It has been over three weeks of silence.

They are essentially holding my money hostage. If you order from here, be aware that if something goes wrong with your shipment, they will likely stop communicating with you once they have your details. Avoid this store until they fix their terrible support system.

My package is missing, my money too...

My package is missing, and three different systems show it's in a different country. The last time the package was seen in one of them was 20 days ago. They responded to the first email (it was probably an automated response) with a template message, apologizing for the delays... but I've been waiting for a month since the package was shipped (they sent me that email, unless that was also a lie). Now I can't get a refund. I wonder if the Twenty One Pilots team knows how messed up this whole mess is.

I want to express my extreme…

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling level of service and the complete lack of communication from this company .
This situation has gone far beyond simple inconvenience. I have been trying to get updates and assistance, yet I am consistently ignored. No replies, no proper follow-up, no accountability — this is absolutely unacceptable
The company is sucks. Don’t order nothing from them.

Absolutely terrible company for fans

Absolutely terrible company for fan service, every release for every artist limited edition, signed and exclusive merch goes “missing” at the point of dispatch. Their quality control for sending out items is happy to send fans empty envelopes, half orders, and missing items. When you ask about this and ask them to send the item which is always conveniently signed art cards, limited edition prints and exclusive pressings etc. You get told they don’t have any more? So what happened to the one I paid for? Interestingly people have 5+ of them and selling on eBay though? Staff seem to be able to steal items without issue, or the company over sells items on purpose and just refunds people after keeping your money for a week. Both myself and other family and friends have all placed so many orders with all different artists and get the same experience every time. It’s not rare or unusual, it’s pretty much common practice. And you won’t get so much as an apology out of the customer services just a blank refund email. Fans get let down massively for band merch, it’s not the bands fault, it’s Warner themselves that may want to try investing more time in internal investigations and quality control to deliver a service to customers that they deserve and stop making people miss out on items they have paid for.

Appalling Customer Service

For the 3rd time and 3rd different Artist I’ve not received what I pre ordered. This time it was the limited edition vinyl, Muse wow signal with holographic sticker that had been to space. Limited to 1500. A copy for me and one as a gift for my son. Only one copy arrived. Contacted customer service. No apology, just what do you want to do ? Refund or your order. I said, obviously i want my order. Following day i get a refund notification. That could take up to 10 days to be refunded minus the postage. Pretty sure they took the pre order money the second i hit pay now. Not 10 days later. I contacted customer service again, to ask how they can keep getting the limited edition orders wrong every time?
I have 2 theories, they’re either over selling limited edition pre orders so some customers won’t ever get the order. Or they have a serious security issue in the warehouse and the orders are not being packaged and taken.
There’s sellers on ebay with multiple copies for sale. Funny how some people can get 6 copies yet I can’t get 2. My son ordered the same release as a bundle on CD with signed art card and litho print. All he got was the litho print. Again, incomplete order. Customer services haven’t even bothered to reply to him. So, he put a post on the Muse fan club to see if anyone else has had any issues. He’s had dozens of replies with incomplete orders. One girl just received card CD sleeve. No CD, no signed art card. Absolutely appalling customer service, buying experience the lot. Now, if i want the copy I ordered. I can have the privilege of paying £130 for a £24.99 vinyl on ebay. Quite a lucrative enterprise either way you look at it. Take peoples money and have it in your bank for months gaining interest or steal the items and sell them for 6 times the face value on ebay. If it was one artist and 1 order with an error. I’d accept that. But 3 separate artist's over 12 months, all limited editions, 4 separate orders if you include my sons. And either items missing, CD’s being sent instead of a very limited run of a vinyl. Or signed art cards/prints missing.
Warner you need to - A sort this and stop it from happening and B sort your customer service and treat people with respect, apologize and issue at least a good will gesture for YOUR repeated mistakes ! Artists that use Warner need to be made aware their fans are being let down repeatedly. The only way we can buy these limited editions is through their websites run by these incompetent people. Who have made it perfectly clear. They do not care about their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I ordered a signed vinyl for $27.98 on May 13. The vinyl wasn't signed anywhere, nor was there any signed insert inside. The vinyl inserts themselves were also ripped on all sides. Not due to the mailing service, like the actual paper inserts were already ripped despite the vinyl being shrink wrapped. I sent customer service an email on May 30 2026 and a follow up email on June 8, and never got a reply other than the generic automatic response email. I specifically bought the item for the signature, I wouldn't have bought the vinyl otherwise, I would have bought a different version. I filed a BBB complaint and they didnt respond to BBB either. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and Warner didnt respond to them either. Luckily my credit card issued me a refund, im not paying for a product I didnt receive

Warner/Rhino’s Two Tier System - Corporate Tone Deaf Syndrome

I’m a UK/EU customer who wants to buy Rhino High Fidelity vinyl. The US Rhino site now blocks me from buying from the US. Fair enough - but why are new releases available to buy on the US site but not on the UK/US site?

Grateful Dead - Workingman’s Dead on vinyl is the most recent example of a two tier system. Certain formats sold put out on the US site but not available to buy. Tone deaf corporates strike again.

vinili scadenti

acquistati 2 vinili, vaniglia e zenzero di yele e all in di aira, entrambi preordinati per l'uscita dei rispettivi album ed entrambi arrivati a tempo debito, e fin qua tutto bene.
Una volta arrivati e provati su (due) giradischi mi accorgo che entrambi saltano pezzi interi di canzoni presenti, fatto notare al servizio clienti di Warner l'unica soluzione che mi hanno fornito è quella del reso, risultato: tempo perso dietro consegne e ritiri, pratiche confusionarie di reso e niente di ciò che volevo in mano.
