The samples were delivered promptly but what was so refreshing was i had a follow up email amd text. This shows that this small company care about their customer service.
A good quality sample received. I am not quite ready to place an order yet as building work on progress. Will strongly consider ordering this product.

Product was engineered wood flooring
Product was engineered wood flooring. I understand it is a natural product, but boards were filled with a colour that did not match the wood. some pieces appeared to have been burnt.
Only good part was customer service did issue a full refund, but I had to ay fitters for their time which I will not recoup.

Superb
Can’t recommend these guys enough. They were incredibly helpful throughout my experience and the quality of flooring is second to none. They have a huge range of flooring at competitive prices and will happily take back unused packs. I would recommend to anyone

HI,
Thanks for the feedback. We have sent the samples twice. When we resent we did make you aware there may be challenges delivering to a locker as opposed to a residential address and requested an alternative address. Happy to do so again

Lazy and impersonal delivery driver…
Lazy and impersonal delivery driver made my partner carry 7 packs of engineered wood flooring through the house in 30 degree heat without offering to help. Then, when it was all nicely stacked in the house asked if he could take a picture to evidence the delivery.

Resposta da Stories Flooring
Hi Alex,
Apologies. Our deliveries are kerbside drops and not a carry in service. We do put this on our site and also email this to customers prior to the delivery day so they are aware. We spoke to you on the morning delivery and you asked us to leave outside so we will investigate with the local depot as to why they required a photo of the floor indoors as they should simply take the image at kerbside and leave.
Gareth
Quality product and excellent customer…
Quality product and excellent customer service.
A mix up over delivery date was sorted to my convenience and delivery charge waived.
I will certainly use this company again.

Great prices and customer service
I ordered some engineered wood flooring. When it arrived I wasn’t happy with the colour. Stories flooring were fantastic. They gave me some alternatives to choose from. Arranged collection of the flooring I no longer wanted and swapped it over for the new flooring. Customer Service was fantastic, in particular Chris. Pricing was great and I am really happy with my floor. Highly recommend.
