The samples were delivered promptly but what was so refreshing was i had a follow up email amd text. This shows that this small company care about their customer service.
A good quality sample received. I am not quite ready to place an order yet as building work on progress. Will strongly consider ordering this product.

For my part, I think everything is fine, but this is the second time the company that delivered the package has sent me packages that are open and in bad condition.
I believe that if I decide to hire your company in the future, I hope that I never receive any more packages from this delivery company.

Many thanks for the feedback. We deliver free samples through Evri (your order) and then paid orders are sent on pallets. Sometimes the sample boxes can get thrown around a bit in transit but hopefully the samples themselves were fine

Always quick sample delivery. We just went with a product that Stories don't stock (J2 LVT) as we weren't keen on the finished job pictures we saw of the Textures products. But cannot fault the Stories customer service and experience

The website is very easy to navigate and it's good that a sale was currently on. I asked for a sample and it was delivered free of charge and on time without any issues.

Terrible communication! Ghosted at point of sale!
Don’t bother trying to get in touch with this company. Despite chasing 9 times across email, instagram and phone, they won’t get back to you even though you were trying to contact to buy! And when they finally do reply, they won’t honour the price you were given despite the fault being on their part for not responding

Excellent All Round Service
Ordering easy, lots of useful guides, hits, tips online; delivery quick and efficient for both samples and order. Customer service fantastic, rang me before my order was despatched to advise that some items ordered may not be needed and refund processed quickly, saved me paying for returns. Staff very friendly and do exactly what they say they will, would highly recommend Stories and I'm fussy!
